We are a Brew Pub specializing in East and Central Texas style BBQ. We brew our own beer on site, old school style in pots on the stove, 100 percent hand crafted. In addition to our beer we offer 16 craft brews on tap. We have a free pool table in our ups
Stopped by for a working lunch during a recent vacation in the area. (A working vacation is in my vocabulary, LOL!) Really enjoyed the food and the beer. Our waitress was a real sweetheart who loved her job. The only issue was their guest WIFI. It would not stay not connected. As for the beer the two IPAs were spot on. The stout was a nice change of pace from the IPAs. The Original Pulled Pork Street Tacos and the Cuban Press Sandwich were both amazing! I will be back the next time I am in the area!

The food was very good however the waitress made me feel like I was just more work for her. It was just me, nothing special. If I go back I won't have her again.

I was impressed the way that the employees welcomed me as I walked in the door; very good service. Also, they have both tables and booths for meetings, which I found helpful for the meeting I was having with a donor today. And their cinnamon bagel is killer!

Came for lunch with coworkers. Very good food and good waitstaff. Will need to come during dinner as it looks like a cool nighttime hangout. Looks a big rundown from the outside but most dining establishments in this area do. Donât pass it up based on looks.

We took two grandkids out for dinner at Ruby Tuesday and everyone liked their food. The bbq chicken cobb salad was big and delish, the salmon was yummy, as well as the asiago chicken and crispy chicken sandwich. Service was attentive and friendly.

The Rock Café is in my opinion one of THE BEST dining options in Big Rapids, and still a hidden gem. We've been visiting The Rock for years, and have never been disappointed. The Rock is designed to have "islands" of different food, e.g. Breakfast, Country Faire, Pizza, Handcrafted Sandwiches, Salads, Desserts, etc., where you can either help yourself, or a friendly staff member is assisting you with any and all your needs. My favorite station is the Mongolian BBQ Grill, where you select your own vegetables, sauces and spices, before selecting your protein. A staff member will then prepare your selections on the Mongolian Grill, and hand them to you when ready. For around $10, which includes an enormous amount of drink selections, including coffee, tea, ice tea, pop (soft drinks), this is an absolute value!Keep in mind that there is no table service! You will get your own food, and will also clear the table and remove the dishes to the drop off location, which is actually fun!During our recent Michigan trip, we visited The Rock a total of three times, especially since all items change every day!I can't wait until our next trip! We will be there for sure!

The wife and I were in town for a wedding and tried this place for breakfast. It was FANTASTIC! This is one of those places that takes you back in time with the Atmosphere and delicious homemade food. If youâre nearby you should definitely stop for a bite of something. The staff was super friendly too!

Everybody raves about the burgers. Mine was over cooked with burned edges. I did get the smaller burger. I had another friend who ordered the smaller burger another time and his was burnt as well. He said maybe they donât know how to cook the small ones because everybodyâs big burger looked perfectly fine. The waitstaff is very nice. I would go back to try something else on the menu though.
