Twisted Oliveâs name is a spin-off of a restaurant in Baltimore, âBlack Olive,â which happens to be the ownerâs, Steve and Sherri Kershner, favorite restaurant. Steve and Sherri wanted the name of their restaurant to convey a fun, approachable, and unpret
Very happy with our meal. We had a table if 7 on a Saturday night. Staff was excellent, food was excellent. We had the orange salad, octopus, French onion soup, steak on a stone, rib eye steak, etc. everyone enjoyed their selections. Toasted coconut cream pie was very good. Nice find in historic Bethlehem!

Attended a wedding reception at Edge this past Saturday and I cannot say enough about the food, service, and hospitality overall. We enjoyed a wide selection of appetizers, all delicious. Tuna crostatas, chicken and beef satay, stuffed mushrooms, spinach & artichoke flatbreads and so much more. As if that wasn't enough, a full sitdown dinner followed. I loved the crispy potato strings on the house salad. All of the entree selections were delicious, especially the beef and the salmon. Dinner ended with a full room dessert and coffee display. Mini pecan pies, cheesecake, filled puff pastries, creme brulee, brownies and more. Again, all delicious. The room was perfect for the 90 guests attending, leaving one area of the restaurant open for a dance floor. The service was stellar, adding to the enjoyment of the entire night. Highly recommend Edge for a wedding, special event or just for dinner!

Established on April 15, 1998 by the Fegley Family, the Bethlehem Brew Works successfully captured the essence of Bethlehemâs steel industry in a 250 seat brewpub. Accompanying the handcrafted beers brewed right in the restaurant is a full bar specializin
Went here for lunch with a large group of colleagues (reservations were made ahead of time so we had the large private dining area). We shared a variety of appetizers: pierogies, loaded nachos, cheese curds, wings, and pretzels. For my lunch entrée I had their Beer Battered Fish and Chips. Everything was delicious! As my drink I had some sort of seasonal Blueberry Ale which was also good. I am looking forward to coming back to this location in the future. I would highly recommend it!

Casual yet elegant, the Tap Room offers the most sought after views of Historic Main Street and its Victorian charm. Enjoy Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner, or lounge by the vintage mahogany bar. We also invite you to check out Jazz Night every Thursday, featur
We were driving around the Allentown area looking for a few businesses and I remembered researching a hotel in Bethlehem months ago that seemed to have a good restaurant. So we stopped in for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. We each had a cup of the ham and lentil soup which was delicious, if not a little too salty for our tastes (but nothing like the obligatory over-salting of many PA restaurants.) We also had a Nicoise salad with grilled salmon and a crab cake sandwich. The dressing on the salad was perfect, just right - not over-powering so you could actually taste the salad rather than just crunchy salad dressing - as is also common in PA. The sandwich was also tasty. At the end we decided to try the Penn State creamery ice cream . It was just as we like it - with less butterfat than "premium" ice cream like B&Js. The flavors chocolate chip cookie dough, mint chocolate chip and putter pecan were excellent. Finally, I had a Provence Rose that was outstanding. There is a parking garage two blocks away, and the atmosphere of the old hotel was somewhat formal, yet casual too.

It is the desire of 1741 on the Terrace to engage you and invite you. Try something new or revisit something familiar; but above all, enjoy. Relax in the ambiance of the room, with its beautiful Moravian tile floor and soaring Palladian windows. Admire th
We went for mid-week nice dinner out and I have to say I was not amazed. I think it was mostly the service. I expected more from this restaurant. The service was slow and cold. The food was good, but not amazing. I'd say average. For the price and reputation I expect more.

ARE WE A RESTAURANT? A BAR? A DISTILLERY? YES! WE ARE ALL THOSE THINGS. WE ARE A DESTINATION LIKE NO OTHER. We built our facility inside a prohibition era bank building. A building that is an institution to the great south side. We are now starting its ne
We had asked for recommendations from their neighbor on good places to eat in town. This was the first one mentioned and it was right across the road from where we were.I have to laugh, because this place appears to be for the younger crowd and these seniors walk in and we sort of get a look, but that's OK. We can be sociable with anyone. We started out with their specialty drinks; a Jalapeno Heist for my wife, yup! and I had the Banana Boy. Great drinks. We followed that with some duck wings for starters and my wife went just for a salad and I ordered the pastrami Salmon Cured BLT. I swear it was the best sandwich I have ever had. I still talk about it. We capped our visit with Barista Creme Brulee and Strawberry Shortcake. What a great experience we had. This place was previously a bank and the owner has really done a nice job in making it work for their purpose. It is a younger crowd but my gosh! don't let that stop you. Had a nice waitress as well with her recommendations. For those who might be visiting the Steel Stakes or the Museum, it's right across the street. Leave your car and walk across the street. As for any handicap, I would say you might want to get there early because seating is somewhat limited and it would be difficult getting upstairs. Thanks to the Social Still for a great experience and keep that sandwich on the menu.

Made a reservation for five couples couples reunion for the evening of September 11. The service was impeccable from start to finish. Jen and Janson went above and beyond to make our entire experience unforgettable. Everyone's food was amazing. We all agreed that we would come back on her next visit.

Ever have BBQ shrimp and grits crepes for breakfast? Yeah, me neither and I would gladly have it again. Fantastic dish! My friend ordered the veggie quiche and potatoes. She really liked both. Hope to come back sometime soon!

Bolete is truly something special. I recommend this place to everyone I know who appreciates exceptional, unique and seasonal food and drinks. We came here for my boyfriend's birthday and the put a candle on our dessert. Very classy-no singing or anything tacky. The service was wonderful and were helpful in making decisions. The menu here changes daily, that's how fresh the ingredients are. They even assisted us with getting our coats on as we were leaving!! My drink was the blood orange boulevardier which was phenomenal (and strong). We shared a salad with the mushroom vinaigrette-so good. For the main course I ordered the halibut with roasted cauliflower and brussel sprouts with a truffle puree. I HIGHLY recommend ordering dessert. Save room people!! You will not regret it. We shared the earl grey ice cream sundae and macaroon with lavender syrup and lemon cake chunks. I think I'll go back here for all of my birthdays! Lastly, the decor was very minimalistic yet fabulous and complimented the old exterior of the house beautifully.
