Reviews on American food in Bermuda, Caribbean. Don’t be fooled by Bermuda’s small size; this 21-square-mile Atlantic island is big on history, personality and charm, from pink-sand beaches to historic forts. It’s known for aquatic adventures like shipwreck scuba diving, cliff jumping and deep-sea fishing. On land you’ll find an eclectic island culture of vibrant neighborhoods, brightly colored shorts and delicious fish chowder.

I ordered a veggie omelette ($14) that I could not eat. Shells eggs were entirely mixed with the burnt veggies. I could not believe it. I have never seen something like that in my life. What a waste of food and money.

The Pickled Onion restaurant and bar has been a popular hit in Bermuda since first opening its doors in 1998. Serving up some of the best upscale casual food and drinks on island, you will see why you were told "if you visit one restaurant in Bermuda, mak
We popped into the Pickled Onion for a lovely brunch on Sunday at noon. The concierge at our hotel told us that it's a sure bet, and he was right! The hosts welcomed us upstairs over Front Street, and we enjoyed the view of Front Street bustle and the shimmering harbor at our table near the window. There is outdoor seating, but it was a bit too hot to linger outside. I was delighted to see that they were offering both a brunch (until 3 PM) and a lunch menu on Sunday! It was difficult to choose from all the choices. I ordered avocado toast with bacon and egg, and my husband selected a Thai hot pot. Both were scrumptious, and we cleaned our plates! Great value, too!

So we have been going to Bermuda for years and have made the trip to the Swizzle Inn every year . It use to be better years ago that it is today . The food is over priced and in some cases over cooked ! The place is crowded and noisy being right on a road that has now become very busy . So go there once and call it a day ! We will not go back , typical lunch for two with out drinks 50.00+ Service is terrible and the food is just so so . All that said this is your typical tourist trap !

We all tried something different and almost all of us were not impressed. Thatâs sad because the setting demands so much more. The restaurant is at the base of the lighthouse (first floor) and very comfortable with a great ambiance. I had the chicken curry expecting at least some Indian flavors. There were none. My wife had the chickpea âmeatloafâ and wasnât impressed. The lamb was over spiced and over cooked. The pasta sauces were too sweet. In fairness, my daughter and granddaughter (11) liked the Lobster Ravioli. This was one of the more disappointing meals during our 9 day stay.

My husband and I popped in to Marcus for Sunday Brunch during our recent visit to Bermuda...and it was Amazing! We had a fabulous table outside (in complete shade..as requested) with a stunning Harbour view. Our waitress was very friendly, helpful and attentive and made us feel very welcome. The food was plentiful, diverse and utterly Delicious, as was the free flowing Champagne. There was a band playing inside by the buffet, who were great! We cant wait to come back, and next time we will definately pop in for Dinner as well as Brunch!Dear chwh6877,Thank you for such a glowing review of our Brunch Revolution!
