Comfort Food, Cocktails, and a Country Store! All within the community standby of Mr.Pizza- a business in operation over 50 years, and 30+ in its current location... Pizza was just the beginning of this well known eatery, featuring steaks, seafood, and Am
Well there arenât too many restaurants in this area so we decided to give this one a try. The table was smaller than tiny and so were the plates. The service wasnât the friendliest. The pizza was good but didnât have a wow effect on it..

We both had excellent clam chowder. I had the veggie ravioli with a thick marinara sauce. My wife had the same but with pesto sauce. The raviolis were just OK. Service was very good. I thought $50 was a bit too much for what we got - no side salad or decent bread.

Everything we ordered was outstanding! The service was excellent and our starter, chickpea fritters, was one of the best we've ever had. Even the pickles were homemade. Don't miss this one.

Have lived in the north country for 10 years and never made it to Libby's/Salt and finally went on a super busy night, but was not disappointed at all. Service was warm, welcoming, friendly and excellent. Atmosphere is really special - very warm, cozy and comfortable. And the food - all of it - was outstanding. Really well done. Oh, and the drinks were creative and excellent. And all at a reasonable price - will definitely go back.
I love that I can make 2 meals out of a large wrap or sub. They also deliver to us at work. They are always pleasant to deal with.

My wife and I frequent Valley Creek Eatery often due to it being in our neighborhood. We really enjoy their pizza, and their Gondola Pizza is great for feeding large groups of people on a budget. The rest of their food has been hit or miss for us though, hence the rating of 4 stars instead of 5. We have had a few items that we truly found delicious, and other meals that we were left feeling tolerable. Sometimes they were even the same menu item, just different times. Their menu is large so the variety is always something to get excited about, and they have a drive up window to pick up your takeout in case you don't want to leave your car on a cold day. I would recommend the Buffalo Chicken Pizza if you are looking for something delicious.

First time there and will go again. A local resident suggested it. Our table had a salad, a dinner, a sandwich and a pizza and all were very good. Server was very nice. Prices were reasonable. In the middle of a working class neighborhood but donât let that stop you from being a customer!

We came from Gotham and saw the reviews and decided to give it a try! So glad we did!we shared a first Mate platter and an extra cole slaw (get the cole slaw!!!). We ate in front of the river and they brought it out to us! Really good! I encourage trying this restaurant!

We drove by the Northland Dairy Bar on the way to Errol and I never would have thought to stop. It honestly didnât look like much from the outside. After an afternoon of rafting I had asked where to go and a gentleman recommended the Dairy Bar. Even though it was about 35 minutes away from where we were, it was on the way home so we decided to give it a try. We were pleasantly surprised! It was very nice inside but we decided to sit outside since we were still wet. The same menu is offered yet it is considered take out but we didnât mind.My son got a cheeseburger and Caesar salad which he enjoyed. My daughter got the spaghetti and meatballs. She devoured the spaghetti but didnât enjoy the meatballs. I had the grilled scallops which were very tasty. The entree came with 2 sides so I chose pickled beets and squash which were both fresh and delicious. My kids also enjoyed an ice cream after dinner. They offer a large variety of flavors including soft serve, frozen yogurt and sugar free options. It cost $53 for the three of us to eat (no tip since we did take out and not including ice cream since that was a separate order) but my scallops were a good chunk of that. Although the portions were good. Ice cream was reasonable at $6 or so for the kids (I didnât get one) and the kiddie portion was generous. All in all we enjoyed our dinner at the Northland Restaurant and Dairy Bar.
