This diner is over 30 miles from my residence elsewhere in NJ, & that locale has a perfectly fine diner less than 1/2 mile away. I now stop at least once weekly @ Prestige because of its consistently superior service, the value of its well prepared & presented dishes & its exceptional customer service [on the few occasions when a problem occurred the management resolved the issues in ways that far exceeded any reasonable expectations]. They have nightly specials, delicious house prepared soups, a nice collection of spirts, wines & beers & some very pleasing desserts. My sole reservation, the house salad is not inspiring.

We parked in the lot right in front of the restaurant, and a valet promptly and warmly welcomed us. Even though we were the first couple of a foursome to arrive, we were offered our seats at the table and promptly served a bread basket and water while we waited for our friends. How nice! We were given one of the coveted tables right by the window with the best view. When our friends arrived, we ordered a variety of appetizers and main dishes which were all excellent. Service by our waitress, Ronnie, was extremely professional and courteous. The ice cream sandwich desert was delicious, and the coffee was hot and rich in coffee flavor, a rarie to find in most restaurants today. Of great importance to us is that the dining room is very quiet and very conducive to conversation. No loud music like you find in too many restaurants these days. The bill was reasonable for the terrific experience. Based on this one experience,I would definitely return even though I donât live nearby.

Neighborhood New American Eatery with locations in Bridgewater, Gillette and now Flemington (September 2018) is central New Jerseyâs favorite family restaurant group, having served millions of loyal guests since 1863. Offering quality meals and beverages
We went to Chimney Rock for our rehearsal dinner right after rehearsing at Little Flower church. From the initial inquiries to the day-of, Chimney Rock staff were nothing but super accommodating and easy to work with. They were extremely responsive to all questions we had, very organized, and super helpful in putting our seating vision together. We were in the Middle Room and had about 40 people- the space was perfect. The waitstaff were extremely friendly and attentive. The food was delicious and the price point was super reasonable. You can't find a better place in Berkeley Heights for this size party on a Friday night - we had shopped around and Chimney Rock was the only restaurant that not only accommodated but was genuinely excited to. They are used to hosting these types of parties and everything was professional and seamless. We loved the menu options. It also meant so much to me to be able to have such a special dinner at a place I grew up going to with my family. Cannot recommend the Rock enough!!

Liked the chicken orzo soup with meat dumplings and the brisket was very tender the fries were good, gravy was ok.The server was nice we had the pickles and thought coleslaw was included ok it wasn't which is ok but we ordered a second one she should of told us they charged $8 for both, I wasn't too keen on that.Wouldn't rush back but served its purpose of a filling meal before our fast.

WHERE COMFORT MEETS CRAFT. Grain & Cane is your home for hospitality in Berkeley Heights, New Jersey. An homage to family nostalgia, our neighborhood table is built on the Connell legacy, as leading American rice and sugar cane purveyors and community ide
Came here on recommendation of a friend. Attached to an Embassy Suites within a business park you wouldnât find this place unless you were looking it. And you should. Eclectic menu (it ranged from poutine to beignets), inviting warm atmosphere and friendly service. Open kitchen ran without chaos. Full bar. Not too noisy and tables spaced so donât feel crowded. None of our party left hungry. Outdoor dining available when weather permits (it has a fire pit but open roof). Desserts were a huge hit. Will definitely try again.

Giovanni's Bistro Bar is Fine Friendly Dinning experience. Our menu features the freshest ingredients and even our Pastas are homemade. Our wine list is fairly priced and our wine by the glass is extensive. Giovanni's Martini made table side is dinning ex
So not impressed with this place. I looked at the menu online and saw that they had some vegetarian pasta dishes so it seemed like a reasonable choice (Iâm a vegetarian). When we got there they had a special New Years Eve menu that did not have a single vegetarian entree. So I asked the waiter if they could make a vegetarian pasta and he refused. That was the first problem. Things went downhill from there. We were a large party and when they brought the salads one personâs never arrived and it was a good ten minutes until we could flag someone down. And then when the waiter brought the entrees he spilled a large quantity of gravy on another womanâs white blouse. Mediocre service and wildly overpriced. Skip it. We are very sorry that you did not have the opportunity to enjoy the fine dining experience that our guests have come to expect from Giovanniâs Bistro, Bar and Catering. We make no excuses for the unfortunate evening that you had at our restaurant. As you know, the holidays, and especially New Yearâs Eve, is the busiest time with opportunities to WOW our guests. Clearly, we missed that opportunity with you and your group. We would like to apologize to you and your guests. As for the spillage on your guestâs blouse, we would like to pay for the dry cleaning and/or replacement of that blouse. We would also like to invite you back to Giovanniâs in order to provide you with a better experience than the one you had on New Yearâs Eve. Please ask for our manager, Greg, and he will follow through with our plans.Thank you, Nadine and Bob Tokash, Owners of Giovanniâ

The eclectic menu allows for a variety of choices, among kinds of food â soups and sakads, meats, seafood, pastas, and vegetarian dishes â as well as ethnic cuisines, principally including American and Italian. There are also specials and dessert menus as well as a full bar with a great selection of beers and wines. The service is wonderful: attentive but not hovering. A warning: Be prepared for a din, especially on a Saturday night when itâs packed. This is no place for a quiet cross-table conversation..

Our food is our passion at Moeâs Bistro & Bar. We always strive to provide our customers with exceptional cuisine and excellent service all in a cozy atmosphere. Enjoy sitting at our beautiful antique bar serving classic cocktails, old and new world wines
We had a very nice dinner here recently. There was a piano player, which was entertaining, the menu was very diverse, and the food and service were very good. It is close to our home, which makes it even more appealing!

Iâve liked this place since it stands almost alone in the brewpub category in the area, and chose to go for an early dinner recently. Greet staff were welcoming, ambiance nice. Appetizers were good. Main courses though were hopelessly over cooked except for the one $18 burger. Salmon was the best of the entrees, smallish portion somewhat dry, served with a few inedible slices of vegetable. Haddock was a tiny portion, had more of a hockey puck appearance, rock hard. The two steaks were child-size and were charred, close to inedible. So a number of issues - line cooks were clearly out of control despite a well-functioning front of the house. There obviously was no quality control on dishes leaving the kitchen, but also underlying protein portion sizes were well below the norms for entrees in the 20s and 30s of dollars. My conclusion is Trap Rock maybe OK for a beer, snack or burger, just not for good food or dollar value if you dig deeper into the menu. We didnât get to dessert.

Par 440 Restaurant and Lounge on the East Orange Golf Course in Shorts Hills. You can indulge in a wide variety of fresh foods. Like brick oven pizza or sushi prepared fresh by a master sushi chef. Relax and enjoy a cocktail at the bar with friends and co
The food is excellent. The chef is flexible--there are not a lot of vegetarian choices listed but changes can be made. Sitting outside on the back porch overlooking the golf course is a treat in pleasant weather. Wait staff is pleasant and efficient.
