Doesn't look like much from the outside, you might even be tempted to drive on by, but don't!! It's surprisingly good, the staff treats you like they'v known you forever, and their food,well... safe to say I had the best eggs Benedict I've ever had on either side of the pond, the breakfasts are just terrific and substantiated--you might want to split one and lunches are no less rewarding-- absolutely terrific hamburgers and more-- surely worth a visit! And more then once.....

We travel by this restaurant every time we go to our Hood Canal cabin. We finally felt like we needed to stop and find out what they offered. We won't go again. Nothing seemed right. Vegetables overdone, meat really overdone, and taste was non existent. too bad, the location is good, and it could be convenient.
You can't miss the smoke rising from the large outdoor ovens on the south end of Belfair. You shouldn't miss their delicious results, either. The Jack sandwich with excellent beef brisket along with a few onion rings and some sweet pepper cheese is worth every penny of the $12. tab. It's big enough for 2 meals for most mortals. The smoky taste of the brisket lingered with me for hours, and I'm not complaining. RNJ is litterally a road-side stand, but apparently they have bigger plans soon.
This is a small bar that has the best burgers in town. My favorite one has bacon, cheese and grilled onions. Comes with a lot of fries. For lunch we share it and are both full. Friendly staff and good service. Can play pull tabs as you wait for your meal. While it's not for families don't let the strip mall location stop you from giving them a try.

I frequently dine alone and pay attention to how I am greeted. Customer friendly restaurants never greet a solo diner with the loaded question of, "Just one?" The translation is how pathetic are you to be coming in alone. They never ask, "Just two?" Smart restaurants train their staffs to make neutral inquiries, such as, "Table for one?" So I steeled myself when I recently stopped at this restaurant and got the loaded question. But I went ahead and took a booth and ordered the usual cheeseburger, fries, and lemonade for an on-the-run meal on a hot summer day. The prices were fair but the food was less than average. The hamburger patty was quite dry. The fries were overcooked to the point of crunching like potato chips. The lemonade was nothing special. There are not a lot of options in Belfair, but I won't stop here again.
