Had early dinner / late lunch of delicious crab cake sandwiches with incredible homemade potato chips with a stupendous dish of crab dip topped with cheese all washed down a couple of Bloody Mary's.The waterside view was perfect with the boat marina right in front of our elevated table postion. The service was grest and the live music added to a excellent biosphereic ambience on beautiful Saturday in May.
We've been making salads since before they were cool. We believe a salad is only as good as where it comes from. That's why we source the best growers for bigger taste. It's why we chop fresh all day, every day. From our kale to our carrots to our quinoa,
Great salads always fresh, never had an issue with the food. Good value too. However I can agree with others that at times the service is lacking to say the least. When the Manager is there it's really fast and good, attentive and friendly. However when she's not there it's totally different, a bit snobbish, unfriendly a lot of talking/ clowning around and customers seem to be a bother. As a Manager in retail myself it's a common issue, and you can't fix it unless you know it's broke,,,,it's broke!!

Food & drinks were excellent as usual but the service was lacking. We had 2 servers for our group of 11 celebrating our friends nuptials and my husband had to ask 3 times for a cold glass for his beer. Not the typical service we normally have.Nancy,Thank you for taking the time to share your recent experience at Firebirds. I was so glad to hear you all still enjoy our food and beverages but I was very disappointed to hear that your server was not attentive. Your feedback is invaluable to us so I will be sharing your experience with our management team.Thank you.

Stopped to the Bear Diner for the first time for breakfast. Great atmosphere and service. I ordered pancakes, eggs, bacon, sausage links and coffee. The food was delicious and the cost was $7.99. Next time I will get the breakfast buffet which is also $7.99 which includes coffee. It was a good experience. I understand they also have specials for dinner.

Ahhh----Renee made a typical late night dinner a pleasure. She was full of energy, positive, seemed to enjoy her job, and wanted the clients to be happy.Food was pretty good for a chain. Beverages were okay too. Overall, no complaints or suggestions----except to maybe give Renee a raise!

We were told there was a way to 20 minutes and we were seated within 15 minutes. Our server Jada was excellent. She was very attentive and baby friendly. All of us had the flows fillets and they were all properly cooked. The baby had macaroni and cheese which she enjoyed. This is definitely our favorite place for fillets and would recommend for families.

Located just minutes off I-95 and several are hotels, Shellhammer's is a warm comfortable place to enjoy lunch, brunch or dinner. Happy Hour is always jumping with awesome everyday specials.
On the good side, the service was prompt and food was quite good. I particularly liked my roast beef. My wife, an oenophile, didnât have high expectations, but she ordered a second glass of their house red, something she rarely does in this sort of establishment. While I recognize it is a sports bar (even though there are only six TVs), the noise level was very high, coming not from fans but from patrons whose favorite means of communications seemed to be a yell.

This restaurant is a great find with generous portions of tasty food. My wife and I ordered the corned beef reuben and the chicken cordon bleu paninini. Both were delicious and included large helping of fries, a pickle and cole slaw. The panini also came with a heaping cup of chicken noodle soup, which was also very good. Service was quick and attentive and the entire bill came to $16 (we didn't order drinks). If I am ever in the again, I will definitely stop at the Route 40 diner again as I know I will get a great meal at a reasonable price.

Our party of four stopped in for dinner on a Saturday evening. We were two couples, one of whom had been here several times before as they are somewhat local. We had a very brief wait, then were seated. The atmosphere is typically pub style and they do brew on site. Our waitress was quick with the menus which were on a clip board and the specials were prominent. As it is very close to St. Patrick's Day, they were offering Irish specialties and brews in addition to their regular menu. We ordered our beverages; a round of beer, coke, water, and a Sazerac cocktail. I had the Sazerac. It was quite good. At $8.00, it wasn't badly priced either. Our server took our dinner selections; Winter Squash Bisque, 3 orders of the Smoked Brisket Special, Onion Rings, and Bangers and Mash. The Bangers were part of the specialty menu for St. Paddy's Day. There were no complimentary bread or chips to snack while we waited or any salad course with dinner. Everything was a la carte. One person ordered the soup starter as they had had it before, knew what to expect and said it was delicious. Dinner arrived promptly. Everyone tucked in. My 2 bangers were nicely cooked, served on a bed of mashed potatoes with a beefy onion gravy and a helping of cooked carrots. The plate was decorated with a rosemary sprig and a pretty purple orchid. I enjoyed it immensely. My husband and our friends had well portioned sandwiches and fries and extra order of onion rings. No one had room for dessert or coffee. Our waitress was efficient and pleasant. The food was good. I just wish we lived closer.Thank you for your kind words. We're pleased that you had an enjoyable evening with us and hope we see you again next time you're in the area!
