We make great burgers and have a lot of fun doing it! Partnering with local purveyors, Local Burger co. brings, hand-pressed craft burgers to Bay Shore.
Love the burgers and fries. Great hangover burger. Good variety of burgers and some decent alternatives if you don't want a burger. Service was fast and reasonably priced.

Tellers is not just a Chophouse. Itâs an institution. Born out of an old bank, Tellers delights visually with the original Mosler Vault serving as our wine vault at the heart of Tellers and a dining room set inside sky-high ceilings and 30 foot vertical w
This was our first visit to Tellers, and it couldn't have been better. Beginning the moment we walked in the door, the service was friendly and attentive. The atmosphere was extremely pleasant--a former bank, remodeled into a big, airy, well-lighted space, with quiet background music but without unpleasan t noise. We came on a special winemaker's night, when a set menu was paired with wines from Palmer Vineyards on Long Island's North Fork. In addition to the fixed menu, we ordered an extra appetizer, crab and lobster wontons, which were first-rate. After that, we enjoyed wonderful seared diver scallops, followed by braised short ribs with a very unique seasoning and then a top-notch creme brulee, paired with albarino, cabernet franc and rose, respectively. The bottom line is that we had a top-quality meal, and will return to Tellers again.

We visited first time on a beautiful summer Sunday afternoon. Parking can be a bit tricky but we found a spot. We waited at the bar a little over 20 minutes for an outdoor table for two. They were finishing up a bridal shower which overlooked the water...lucky bride! Our server, Jordan, was great. He was very helpful with suggestions about wine and menu choices. We enjoyed three selections from the tapas menu. Shrimp with garlic and lemon, Mediterranean plate and charcuterie plate. All were very fresh and tasty. They also serve olives and bread which are complimentary. We very much enjoyed our visit and are looking forward to returning soon!

We came tonight for my wife's birthday dinner. In April, we had dinner here and we were very impressed with the food and service. Tonight was another excellent experience. We started with fried Calamari and tarragon biscuits. Then, we both ordered the Salt & Barrel Burger. Calamari was just perfection, along with the biscuits. The burgers were probably one of the best we ever had. We skipped dessert, as we were very full. Our server was amazing and gave us incredible service. Honestly, we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Another excellent dinner at Salt & Barrel in the books!

I visited for the second time because my first time here was so wonderful. The food prep is fantastic and the presentation beautiful. But the best is the taste! Such wonderful flavors on all the dishes I have tried. This time, from the Brunch Menu, I ordered the Red Eye Benny, a poached egg on an English muffin, with glazed ham, tomato relish and paprika hollandaise sauce. It was scrumptious! I washed it down with a Peach Bellini. My fiancé ordered the Biscuit and gravy and there wasnât a crumb left on his plate! Another good meal. The rest of our group had equally delicious meals! You canât go wrong with a burger here, either! I look forward to another visit soon! Five stars for food and value, four stars for service. Highly recommend! You wonât be disappointed!

Captain Billâs is a waterfront restaurant and catering facility overlooking the Great South Bay. Besides having award winning cuisine in our bar and dining room we host events for groups of 30 up to 250 guests.
Very pretty view from most tables. I had fried scallops that were melt in your mouth tender and delicious. Everyone else seemed to enjoy their meal also. Service was friendly and good, but we were not in a rush. Just 4 women chatting and enjoying each others company for lunch. They were very accommodating by splitting a sandwich and also a dessert on 2 plates to share.

Attended a Retirement party for a group of approximately 40 guests in the bar area. Excellent service from wait staff. Food was delicious: hot rolls, wonderful pasta with pesto, tender sliced beef, two loaded salads, perfect salmon and chicken. Desserts of warm chocolate lava cakes as well as delicious cheesecakes. Buffet Lunch was high quality and reminiscent of an excellent sit down dinner. Could not notice that there was also a birthday party being held in an adjacent room. Felt as though we had the restaurant to ourselves. Parking was valet only and unfortunately the valet left an accessory on in my vehicle and drained the battery. No big deal but worth a mention. Special Thanks to the guest that provided a jump start. Very enjoyable and highly recommended.

This nice spot on Main Street boasts delicious and varied food. We start with the Mediterranean Spread (many Greek appetizers and salad for 2-3 people). Shrimp Orzo and Seafood Rigati are wonderful, and there are many vegan meals and desserts. Service is friendly and attentive. Enjoy!
