The staff was friendly, but service was slow. Our party ordered the crepes, omelette, two burgers and French toast. The omelette was not cooked properly. One burger came with a hair. The fries and the other burger were good. I expected more from this place. I will not return for brunch or any other meal. Molly we hate that your experience was less than satisfactory. Motherâs Day Brunch is our busiest Sunday of the year. We strive to make everyoneâs experience very enjoyable and by the sounds of it yours was the complete opposite. We all have âoffâ days every now and again. I hope that you all will give us another shot in the future for us to redeem ourselves. We are very sorry.

If you haven't been to FoxCreek BBQ yet, stop what you are doing and go immediately. We started out with pulled pork nachos and we were not disappointed. The meat was smoked to perfection and the ooey gooey cheesy sauce helped to propel it over the top. Add one of their mouthwatering bbq sauces and we were in heaven. We shared a Moo-Pig-Sooie burger and it was scrumptious! It is piled so high with meat, if you order one for yourself, make sure you have your appetite in hand. The hamburger was cooked to perfection, topped with bacon, pulled pork, cheese, bbq sauce and onion rings. It was perfect. Our waitress was friendly and always checking back with us. A hidden gem on a little back street in Batesville. This is our new favorite!

So excited to see a US Pizza in Batesville. The salads are always super fresh. The house dressing is my favorite. Pizzas are fresh and delicious. Always a treat to eat US Pizza. Had the best lemon drop martini I have ever had. Thanks so much, Michelle! We are so happy you loved your experience and hope to serve you again soon.

My husband & I just moved here & we were craving BBQ. We got take out from this place & its absolutely amazing. They put the bbq sauce on the side so that nothing gets soggy when you finally do get to eat their delicious food. If you haven't tried this place yet, you need too.

Would not hesitate to eat here. I imagine most people ate steak. There is also a bar. Most place in Batesville do not have one

Located on the river in Batesville, AR.
I've eaten at this place several times over the years. It has new ownership plus a new name. I didn't think at my most recent visits all in Feb/2019 that it's as good as it use to be when it was Josey's. They use to have great lunch specials. The chicken fried steak this time wasn't great, I wouldn't order again. Then the hamburger sliders over cooked very dry which was also on the lunch special, just not very good..Again, they did do good on the fried catfish. I give them credit on that. The bread pudding was the best I've ever had anywhere previous to this visit & I think they used same receipe but it wasn't as good as previous visits when this place was Josey's. It was pretty good but wasn't as good as previous visits. I'm very critical when I go to nice restaurants to eat out as this is very important to me to have good quality food prepared by a professional chef..the food should be great. I think the new owner or whoever is in charge of chefs should be doing more QC, this will help them improve things.

What a cool quaint downtown, and this building has great bones. It looks like it used to be a mercantile of some sort with high tin ceilings and exposed pipes. Too bad the decor took away from the the old time feeling. It must be used as a venue for weddings since I know they cater, but it was a bit tacky. Large swathes of silvery material draped over the walls, which are probably nice brick wall which would be more attractive. Large silver and gold balls hang from the ceiling taking away from the great old tin. Columns and tacky decor dot the whole place. What a shame, I get it though if they are killing two birds with one stone, a tea room atmosphere, which is lost in translation, and a wedding venue. That being said, the menu is small with soups, salads, sammies and I guess a daily special, which was not listed as we came in, nor did our waitress tell us if there was one. The young waitress was attentive and friendly, so that was a good start. My hubbie ordered the chef salad, and I ordered the tuna salad sandwich with potato salad. The salad was a nice size with tons of different veggies on it. Great mixed greens and crisp, cold veggies. The only thing he didn't like about it is that it must have had a half a bag of shredded cheese on it. It made, or should I say, he made such a mess, because it just fell all over the table with every bite....the tuna and the potato salad was the best I have had in a long time. Wonderful...but the best part for these two low carb dieters, was that wonderful, warm super sized clover rolls. So yeasty and melt in your mouth wonderful. I took the extras home and froze them. Just warmed them up after three weeks, and the were almost as good. I would eat here all the time if we lived here...your lucky people!

We were traveling through Batesville, AR and stopped in for lunch. My husband & I each had a burger & fries. They were excellent. The fries are fresh cut and cooked just right. The burgers were really juicy and tasted great! The staff was attentive without being intrusive. We will definitely be back.

Recently visited while in Batesville for work. Fredâs is you average fried fish restaurant. Very typical setting, service and quality. Nothing wrong with it all, it is just average good fried food. Their sides were quite good. Service was decent but the wait staff was busy and seemed to be understaffed.
