Amongst threats I am revising this review of my once favorite restaurant to agree with other reviews such as "Disappointed", but its beyond that. The sacrifice of quality and service for money was the "breaking straw". For few years I would take photos and send to friends saying look at this awesome meal. but the past 18 months... I should have never even accepted what was served. Sacrificing quality: Over the past number of months the meat selections have noticeably gotten smaller and of poor quality.. why? Went in few months ago and was told that the favorite side Mac N' Cheese was no longer available! Why? Then they came out with there own dish of Mac N' Cheese and it was just HORRIBLE! comfort food? let me grab my airline barfbag. This establishment in OUR opinion is not even worth the consideration anymore! Unlike Steak and Company there were 2 other guests upon our recent visit, so it was not totally dead inside. These are all documented facts, photos and other customers reviews. Why has this place given up? Do your research and you will find the truth.Steven, we tried to communicate with you to find out why you left 1 star reviews for both of my restaurants on the same day, we asked you to remove your defamatory comments such as 'going out of business'. These kind of unprovoked and inaccurate statements cause financial damage and loss of reputation to our business and I'm sure you would react similarly if we attacked your place of work. You are entitled to you opinion and we respect that but please stick to the review of the facts of the service, food and value for money, there is no need for the drama and defamatory comments. Came for dinner. Potato skins which were essentially lumps of potato mash. Took one bite and couldn't stomach another.Asked for the bill and the waitress asked me if I wanted to take the 99% of food served home, to which I replied to the effect it was not good. No questions or request of further information. Got a distinct feeling she had heard the story many times before.So 250b for one bite of awful mash and a Coke. Everything on the menu is expensive, and there are much better options at nearby Chunky Monkey or Cheap Charlie's or any number of other nearby venues.To top it all off they are entirely comfortable with people blowing smoke all over your food as you eat. Utter stupidity of management in this day and age, and most restaurants encourage smoking outside.Severely disappointed as the place has good street appeal, but again proves a book can't be judged by the cover.

Popular with less youthful crowd, plenty of single men with local women for company. Small Chang beer for 95baht, good for evening view with some music. However, i prefer more current pop songs and this place seem to cater for music preferences of those who are fans of 80s and before music.

Wandered past on several occasions so stopped in for a drink on our way to get dinner and didn't leave, the girls waiting tables were simply amazing.The menu was diverse and appealing and the meal was not disappointing.We were contented and sated to the extent we came back the following evening to sit and watch the world go by and to tip the girls from the night before :).

Staff was unfriendly from the minute we walked in, no hello, no smile, nothing. Food was delicious, but rather small portions for big prices. If you dont read or speak Thai watch out for the menu, it is tricking you into thinking âcheapâ numbers but then if you read the fine print...... Wouldnt recommend this place. There is a million places in Pattaya where you can eat for a better value and also, encounter a smile or two. No service. At. All.

We visited this place 3 times over the course of a week - in the first instance because we didn't really like the 'alternative' bar scene near the hotel. We ordered burgers/flat bread/chicken wings over the time and enjoyed all the food we were served. The waitress was very helpful and attentive and gave is some good recommendations. The dessert (a sort of brownie I seem to recall) was huge and delicious and was more than enough for 4 of us to share after the main courses. Best for us though (and the primary reason we returned) was watching the band Naqita play - they were awesome! Talented musicians with a great selection of music - they even allowed my daughters to play with them on stage for a couple of songs which absolutely made their nights - just a shame we had to leave after the first set as there is an age restriction after 10pm - but probably just as well :)Dear Daxiap,Thank you very much for your review and for visiting us at Hard Rock Cafe Pattaya. Good American restaurant with very large portions and decent food. We had 3 dishes in total and could not finish them all. Food was pretty decent in taste too. Service was friendly as expected. There is a nice beer promotion all day long (but one get one free). Only letdown is lack of air conditioned areas, all seats are semi open and quite often itâs hot in there.Dear Mr_Nobody_1979,Thank you for taking the time to stop it. I have been coming here for at least 14 years (but admittedly I have not visited for two years). The food, margaritas and the atmosphere have definitely degraded. There was a time when the atmosphere in the evening was fantastic. Today (Saturday) was dead, margaritas were sour and below average and the food was average. Truly disappointing. This place is living in the past.

Good vibe at beach front restaurant. Unfortunately, we are only able to order from the full-board package menu, unable to change with regular menu if we don't like items on package menu (but can order more from regular menu). The sashimi is a bit smell like chemical but the rests are fine.
