Owner/Chef Paul Riggan is serving an artistically infused menu with creations influenced from French, Asian, Caribbean and low country cuisines. Potato Crusted Salmon, a delectable Stealhead Carolina Trout as well as nightly specials await your selection.
Recommended by a local for dinner before the theater. Would never have found it if it hadnât been recommended. Cozy atmosphere, interesting crowd form seniors to young age. Must be a local favorite as couples where meeting and celebrating. Speciality menu and we were not disappointed! Good service itâs cozy atmosphere. Had the scallops and they were yummy! Casual eclectic spot with daily Southern-style plate lunches plus Italian & Greek specialty dishes. Whether you are in the mood for a salad, sandwich, hoagies, tortilla, wrap, comfort food, pasta, burgers and hot dogs. We have it plus much, much more. Che
This was our first time to visit the Peppermill Cafe. For first timers, I'll mention that you enter the cafe at the side entrance and exit through the door facing Main Street. We arrived a little before regular lunch time and were promptly seated. Many people started coming in after we were there. It took us awhile to browse the extensive menu. You can check the menu out ahead of time online. We both ordered the Two Chili Dog Combo that costs $7.29. You receive two chili dogs, a huge portion of fries, and a drink for that price. Our chili dogs had what tasted like home made chili, mustard and onions. We requested the slaw on the side. We each got a custard cup size portion of slaw. We liked our chili dogs. The fries were hot and fried golden on the outside. The slaw was simply okay - it tasted like it had been around for a while and really wasn't seasoned at all. We also received drinks in the combo. I ordered mine without ice and got a glass filed with ice. My only refill - after I had again requested no ice - was a glass partially filled with diet soda. This ice in drink issue was the only time our service was not good. The cashier was very slow and the line to pay was backing up towards the entry door. So we sat down until the line to pay got smaller. We enjoyed the meal we had here and think you will, too.
As a reputable chain, you can expect consistent quality and value at each location. Zaxby's in Archdale is no exception. My wife had the chicken fingers...crunchy outside, moist inside, with no trace of greasiness. I had the cobb Zalad grilled and it was perfect. I like that Zaxby's offers more than just fried option for chicken...also grilled or blackened. The slaw is the best anywhere...not too mayonnaisy. Zaxby's is just a short distance from I 85 if you're passing through (head south on Main Street/311; just past Lowes Foods across from Sheetz).

We decided to return to the Archdale Soda Shop for another step back in time for great burgers and hot dogs. I had a coupon for Buy 1, get 1 Free Cheeseburgers, and hubby ordered the hot dog special lunch with 2 hot dogs, french fries, and a drink. This trip we had a grandchild with us who was not very hungry. We were able to order just 2 chicken tenders for her. Our server was attentive and friendly. Our food arrived quickly and was delicious. This homey soda shop really does make you feel like you've stepped back in time to a 1950's soda shop. Be sure to make this fun place a meal time stop.

they have a diversified menu with daily specials each day. wide variety of food items just depends on what you want to eat. things are very simplified, such as salad is just lettuce and tomato. cost wise is not too bad. seems each person has their own job, such as one for drinks and one for orders and then your hostess. food is okay but again seems like it has been simplified and turns out to be your average meal.

The hubs had been talking about biscuitville for years, and we finally made it here today. Although it was lunch time, they serve breakfast all day. He had the fried chicken biscuit and the spicy honey chicken biscuit with fries and Cheerwine. I opted for the lunch option of the Clackalcky pork sandwich abd cheese grits.Biscuitville is all about sourcing regional ingredients and partnering with NC businesses like Cheerwine and Clackalcky BBQ. The food was great, no complaints. Service was fairly quick, but there was a small wait. The dining room was clean and offered both booth and table seating. The women's bathroom was clean.

Are here on a whim and was very pleasantly surprised. There were sO many great choices for breakfast or lunch. Something for everyone. Affordable and tasty, our family of five ate for $40! And our server Molly was fantastic. Attentive, patient, knowledgeable and friendly. Pretty rare these days. We enjoyed everything... portions were large too. Will return.

This was a nice little surprise and VERY pleasant experience finding this restaurant... we were in town visiting family due to a death and wanted to provide food... I used trip advisor as usually to get some ideas. I stumbled on this and saw they had online ordering (using a service Iâd never used I was very skeptical) but I knew we really had no time to waste! I gave it a shot and put in my Pick up time for âas soon as possibleâ No fees to use the service and all funds go to the proprietor... with that said we had a decent sized order $50 I received the email immediately and it literally took us 12 minutes to arrive to the restaurant. We walked in, greeted immediately and the order was waiting for us! Literally no time wasted at all!!! Our family was very pleased and commented several times how good the food was, I canât do pork so I did order some beef bbq too and it was great! The banana pudding was perfect! Itâs a small place and packed which to me is a very good sign. Iâd definitely go again if ever in the area. GET THE HUSHPUPPIES!! Theyâre sweet and fried just right!
