Blue Marlin is really, really good. Excellent food. Fresh seafood dishes. Good drinks. Welcoming and helpful service. The chef really knows what he is doing. Seating outside or inside. They even have solved the problem of parking nearby. If you want deep-fried everything then don't go here. If you want really good cooking of creative dishes made with fresh ingredients by a chef with a creative brain, then this is your place. I know it's ours.

We were vacationing with family and went to this location for breakfast. Located in a strip shopping center we had to wait a short period of time for seating inside. Tables were also outside. Average size inside, clean bright and cute. Service was good. Food really good. We had eggs and sausage, hash browns, pancakes and a western omelet and fruit. Coffee and juice. We really enjoyed our meals and went back another time in the week. Highly recommend this stop. Five plus!

Resting on its laurels, BB used to be wonderful. Now itâs obscenely overpriced and uninteresting. I had a watery Caesar salad and a tasteless steak for a fortune. I realized a week later that I was still angry about the obvious laziness to which I and other diners fell victim. I hadnât been to BB for years, and yet the menu was the same, with the same jokey menu trying to be cute, the same menu offerings, the same interior. Meanwhile, the rest of the culinary world has been moving on, exploding with new ideas and ingredients and fusions. If you want a great meal in 2019, BB isnât the place to deliver it, but itâll cost you a fortune anyway.

While you wait ( and you will) enjoy the kitschy vibe. Nice dual purpose restaurant and tourist kitchy âartâ my wife and her twin enjoyed looking at. Donât expect quick service. Adjust your clock to island time. Food was way to much to eat at one sitting was tasty and pricey. This is not a local secret but thrives on a destination breakfast vibe. Bring your Benjaminâs and enjoy average service and great in qty and taste if not pricey quisine. Going back for our 3rd visit. That should say volumes.

We visit AMI once a year and are familiar with all of the local restaurants but usually wind up eating dinner at the same 2-3 places. A few weeks ago we tried Smoqehouse for the first time mainly because of it's rapid assent to #1 on TA. We are not big meat eaters but wanted to try the brisket burger and fries. We arrived early for dinner but the place filled up quickly. Long story short-YUM YUM YUM!!!We'll be back!Aww thank you so much for this very thoughtful review! Weâve only been open on the island for just over 2 years, and the rapid climb to the top has been a little surreal! Weâre so happy we lived up to the âhypeâ and get to be a part of your rotation of favorite island restaurants!
