I stayed in Luanda for a few weeks and went back to this place a number of times. Pricing is on the high end, but definitely worth it. The fish is excellent, very fresh and they have some decent meat dishes. The service is very good and they make an effort to assist those who donât speak Portuguese. Highly recommended.

Friendly environment, with excellent service and fresh and tasty food. I liked it so much. The fish I ordered was grilled one with juicy vegetables and excellent spicy sauce. Special thanks for coffee-strong and prepared perfectly. I liked the view you can observe their seating just near the bay in lovely marine. Will definitely go there again and suggest it to my friends!

Portuguese-Angola cafe diner with icecream! Outside seating. Mixed local and contractors. Very fast service with basic fish rice, chicken rice dinners for $20-25. Beer $1.50 for a small beer and $4 for a pint. Walking distance 100 meter from Hotel Tropico
Service is friendly and attentive. The food is fresh with good portions. Kitchen can be a bit slow. Above all the joint has a good vibe with a diverse clientele. I recommend it.

Fish come with set of traditional side dishes â Tapioca, Potato or sweet potato, Onion/Tomato salad, Feijao com oleo de Palma, cassava flour etcâ¦fish is cooked with some herbs. Taste is bit different from the other fish restaurants - you donât feel any extra flavor except the fish. Not that much options for starters and Desserts. Service â ok compared to the other restaurants in LuandaPricing - Average.Indoor (with AC) and outside (Road side) seating arrangement. Outdoor is noisy and dusty Guests were mainly expats .
We were taken here by our host who recommended this restaurant. The restaurant has wonderful decor and the night we were there had live music. We sat outside to enjoy the weather.. There was a very good choice including some dishes for vegetarians.. but the food was typically Portuguese leveraging the local fresh food.Like all places in Luanda .. ignore the prices.. just enjoy the food and the locale. Thanks to the people who waited on us, very polite and friendly .. especially the hostess.

This little hidden away gem has good fish and is a popular local spot. We ordered a big grouper which we split amongst our large group. It was perfectly cooked. The large prawns on skewers were over cooked and stuck to the shell. The beer is nice and cold. There is a back room that is air conditioned and highly recommended. This restaurant is down an alley and it seems very wrong trying to find the entrance. Go with someone who has been before. You pick out your various seafood to eat from the front and they grill it up for you and bring it to the table. Nice place.

We had a business dinner at Cais de Quatro on a Monday night and it was exceptional. The service was on point and the food was excellent. The sushi, fish and steaks were all very good, as was the wine. Itâs a beautifully decorated restaurant with amazing views of the bay. A lovely experience.
