You'll find us amoung the vineyard in a little town called Berry on the South Coast of NSW (Australia). We love fresh produce. We love wine. Come fill your belly and get happy. Open for Lunch 12-2pm (Thursday - Sunday) Open for Dinner from 6pm (Thursday - Saturday)
On a beautiful Sunday four of us decided to go to lunch at Silos. We started with wine tasting and selected a wine for lunch, the cellar host was knowledgeable and pleasant. We had barramundi and Wagyu beef with three sides, this was necessary as...MoreHello KezGoodie, Thank you for your kind feedback. We're so pleased you had a lovely time. Our first visit but not our last! From the moment we walked in I gave it 10 out of 10 for ambience, an old barn convert with high ceilings and brick floors. Food was totally delicious - roast pumpkin salad and beef brisket on sour dough. A bowl of coffee finished off a great lunch. No wonder they are so busy... always!

This Cafe set right in the heart of Berry is the meeting place for locals and visitors alike. Comfortable indoor Seating at the front leads through to a leafy, dog-friendly courtyard area at the back, so soak up the sun and take your time! All products are house made, with a focus on seasonal ingredients, local produce and sustainability. Known for their coffee, they use locally roasted beans from 'The Daily Grind 'and offer single origin espresso. Local art Exhibitions change regularly and they have a great mix of secondhand books. BYO (free corkage). OPEN 7 DAYS.
My group of nine female friends, who were shopping in Berry for the day, were accommodated for lunch at very short notice and offered a large table in the airy and comfortable book room. Table service was prompt and attentive and all staff good humoured...MoreWe're so pleased to hear that you all enjoyed your recent visit to our cafe; it was our pleasure! On first arrival the senior staff member was wonderful
Very accommodating to seat a Party of 8 x Persons
But once seated they then lost interest and handed over the proceedings to a young waitress who had little or no idea of menu items, and what was available etc
Not their fault
They were just thrown in at the deep end
The food served was pretty disappointing for the prices charged
One of the party ordered a Steak/Kidney Homestyle on Turkish Bread with Sourcream and chives
It resembled the squeezed out contents of an old meat pie on toast
With a slice of orange to add the wow factor
The full breakfast would resemble plates being served in 2* Hotels
Throughout the land
You are spoilt for choice in Berry
Don't make the mistake we made
Try somewhere else

The Pavilion Restaurant and Lounge - one of Berry's main attractions is based at the Motel. The Pavilion offers candlelit a la carte dining in the evenings with a stunning modern Australian menu that is the talk of the town. New Head Chef Kyle Shadlow started in December with an exciting new menu!
After a long day of driving and sightseeing to book into this motel and discover a lovely restaurant attached was a great bonus. The ambience of the restaurant was very pleasant, menu extensive and food served was delicious. Service was very good. Highly recommended particularly if staying at the motel.

South African food on the South Coast of New South Wales. Take your taste buds on a Safari! Tastiest burgers in town - mufasa, peri-peri chicken, veggie and pulled pork Also great salads - Current favourite Mediterranean salad is our pulled lamb & pearl cous cous salad.
What the savannah cafe lacks in size is more than made up for in quality. This place gives the bigger restaurants in town something to aspire to and the chef should be knighted for the presentation and quality of the food. Been here twice now and on both occasions it has been excellent from starter to dessert including the service. It even sells quirky little ornaments you wouldn't find anywhere else.

Another lunch, another coffee, another satisfied pair of travellers. We have been coming here since before our kids left home and in all those years I’ve only had one ordinary coffee...I think I can forgive one!
We will definitely return! Highly recommend if you can get a table!

This is a lovely chocolate shop that makes all their own chocolates and goodies. We only shopped here, didn't stop for a coffee/treat but wish we had time (it was closing time, but they still let us in for quick power shop even though they were closing up). I spent a small fortune as they make some really lovely unique chocolates and it was hard to stop! Owners very friendly, and the shop itself is beautifully presented. A great choice for morning tea or afternoon tea.

A little treasure in a side street tucked away from traffic noise and the passing parade well worth a visit. The food is exceptional! A limited menu but done to a very high standard. Can only imagine the choreography necessary to operate in such a confined kitchen. Delightful sauces and presentation together with excellent service. A decent wine list with good offerings by the glass served in decent glasses! They don't book large groups which is a bonus for those avoiding noisy places. The banquette Seating is not ideal but seems to be necessary in such small restaurant. We shall return.
