Not bad for location and price
Reviewed By Susan EThe Hotel had good food. Room was nice and clean. Staff was helpful, friendly and welcoming. Overall not a bad experience after a long day on the road. POS not working but I had the option to transfer to an account. Also, got my car washed nicely.

Safe, clean and comfortable
Reviewed By adventureat50plusThe room was comfortable but there was no internet available in the room at all for 3 days. They kept saying it was fixed but it never was. Also, there was barely any water pressure for the shower. The breakfast was ok, but the bar had no tonic and on the 3rd day they ran out of ice.

Hotel in need of a revamp
Reviewed By peter eVisited Makurdi for a two day business trip and stayed here on the recommendation of a friend. The hotels strong point is it's quiet and serene environment and that's where all the fun ends. Accessing my room was challenging as the key was bent and it took several turns to open the door. Bed sheets had stains in them and the pillows were of low quality. Water pressure was so low I had to tilt the bucket in the bath to get water. Water Heating though available doesn't work. Woke up to mosquito bites on my arm and this was a major sore point for me. The hotel needs to work on its infrastructure urgently to enable it attract guests.

Quite Nice
Reviewed By BPHardyFor a town like Makurdi, this passes as a good place for a short stay. The rooms are spacious, the hallways very clean and the staff very nice. The food wasn't bad as well. There is the need to work on the bathrooms as the fixtures seem to be coming loose. I understand however that the hotel was undergoing renovation at the time of my visit. Wi-fi would also be a good addition. Room prices start from about N8000 and so okay for a budget traveler.

Terrible service
Reviewed By 823djiSize able rooms, but from the check in process to house keep waiting 3 hr for towels , to kitchen not haveing food when they had prior knowledge of 25 room booking for 5 days ... to refusing to microwave food we purched cus they did not have food at the hotel... was all a terrible experience.... House keeping staff with sticky fingers .... i think this hotel need to re evaluate its management & customers service training...they were quite comfortable telling you No eggs , No yam , no vegetables soup and No bottled water ...so why accept a booking over 3 weeks Ahead of the date ?... why inconvenience your guests by refusing to microwave there meql when all your kitchen had to offer for 2 days was indomi ?

Reviewed By 90leevstayed here October last year very clean and tidy hotel and very nice landlady of the B+B very nice selection of cereals and juice and the bedroom was very clean and very tidy no mess in room and had a really nice sleep there me and my partner would come back again
