Reviews on Fusion food in Baguio, Benguet Province, Philippines. Baguio, perched high in the Cordillera Central Mountains, is a great place to escape the heat of the Philippine lowlands. Camp John Hay, originally built as a recreation area for U.S. soldiers, now is a full-fledged resort complete with a world-class golf course. Definitely stop at the city market, where you can buy almost anything (just be prepared to haggle).

I love the food and it's affordable. A lot of students were actually eating at this place when we came for lunch. I like the place because it looks like a treehouse and it's made from recycled stuff. I am supposed to rate it as excellent but because we saw a mouse (not a big one, thank God) at the restaurant, I rated as very good because the food and I really liked the treehouse concept of it. Probably they should do more cleaning. Thank you for the review! And sorry about that! The very concept of the place which is like a tree house is open thus the space is prone to visiting cats, dogs, including mouse. Rest assured that we do our best to maintain sanitation. Again, very sorry about the "sighting".

Accepts catering. Ample seats and parking. Smoking & Non- smoking area. Charming ambiance. Pallete worthy adn wallet friendly. Still worth the climb. -La Comida de Antonio Ristorante Management
The food was very tasty. Tried their specialty chicken and it was quite good. The ribs were very tender and not fatty. May have to try a different sauce on them next time. The potato salad had a different flavor than what we are used to but it was good. Love the old, Spanish style of the building. The only complaints are that even though the music was very good, it was much too loud to carry on a conversation. We had to wait for their break to talk to each other. The other complaint is that the wine choices were terrible. Otherwise, we will go back.

We discovered that Cafe Adriana has good food by accident. We just dropped by there to have coffee after a disappointing breakfast in Cafe Batirol. We saw calamares on the menu and ordered it as well. We were impressed by the taste and quality of both the calamares and its dip. Well, what can we say, Cafe Adriano is by Hill Station. Since we noticed that their breakfast menu is reasonable at around an average of 200 pesos, we decided to eat there the following morning. Cafe Adriana did not disappoint again. We had their 2 kinds of longganiza, bangus and baboy damo (wild pig). All were good and anything you order in the breakfast set menu included their top rated coffee. We also had their death by chocolate which sends you to chocolate nirvana. Btw, they have also tapang usa in their breakfast menu. They also have a number of Spanish items for their dinner menu. Their good food is complemented with good service and classic ambiance. When you walk out to the patio, the view is beautiful. The restaurant itself is located inside the Outlook Ridge Condotel by DMCI. The restroom was clean during our first visit but the floor was wet though clean when we had breakfast there.

Our menu is designed to feature natural and local ingredients of the region, to purvey vegetables and fruits in their best season and to provide vegetarian options.
We were hungry, cold and wet from the rain so we stopped by here.Nothing really exciting, just comfort food with a bakery. My daughter had their chicken nuggets/tenders and I tried to order what seemed ok: the scones, the forest soup (I forgot the name but something like that) and the champorado with dried eel.The scones were too crumbly for me instead of being firm yet chewy; the soup was on the bland side and the champorado I wish had danggit or some other dried fish that was more salty - but that's my preferenceYou can come here for the varied menu plus they have really good fresh milk which we also ordered to-go for my daughter to drink with her cookies.. I hope they get to see this review, I'd recommend they have strong to-go cups since it was spilling all they way back to our hotelMight give it another try in the future and order full entree meals instead of snacks

Go up the 3rd floor and you can see the restaurant and the tasting area. Just choose from the board what beer you want to taste and they will give you a small glass for you to taste then make your decision what to order. A convenient way of choosing what you think is the best beer for you.
