Stopped in on a Friday night with friends. Tried a couple flights, they are changing beers constantly. A
Couple hard ciders too. We had dinner as well; someday sandwich, buffalo chicken dip, white pepper sandwich, where'd the cheese go sandwich. Nachos with pork was very tasty. The pizzas looked good and we all had food envy. All our food rocked! Staff is fun and friendly. I've been here several times and always have a great time. Love this place!

We own a home in this area, but have never
tried this place. It was an early summer evening and we wanted to sit outside, have a drink and a snack. We chose a table and were delivered water and menus, and then...NOTHING. Everyone sitting outside was ignored. We are pretty patient people, but we'd had time to study the food and beverage menu, in depth, and....NOTHING. Finally we decided to push closer to home and abandon this plan. Maybe we'll try again some other time. The food sounded good and the drinks were reasonably priced, but we have nothing to say, because, apparently, they forgot about half there customers outside.

231-533-8538 Ruthie's is a special destination in the town of Bellaire. Must visit! We always go for ice cream creations, but the food is good too. The ceiling and walls are decorated with vintage kitchen stuff. It is open It is open seasonally, but in season, the people are lined up out the door. It is small, with seating for perhaps 30 people or so. It is just down the street from the Grand Victorian Inn, where we always stay.
After golf we ate early and came to Ruthie's for dessert. We both had sundaes....hers was hot fudge, mine was caramel and cashews. You can get either soft server or hard ice cream....we picked hard icecream. Sundaes were huge, and tasty. There are a few chairs and picnic tables beside the place...nothing fancy.

I ended up coming here 3 times on my trip Up North this year. All 3 times I ordered the Bourbon Street Steak. Awesome steak. Delicious every time. It comes with Bread that is excellent. One meal I got French Onion Soup that was good. The other two visits I got a salad that was large and very fresh. All 3 visits I got Mashed Potatoes that were excellent. The Last visit I got a piece of Chocolate Cake to go, it was an excellent piece of cake. Also on the Last Visit I ate with a friend that had the Perch Sandwich. He stated it was excellent.
The Service was excellent.
Overall 4.5 Stars. Since I have to round I'll round up. I will be back next year.

Located on beautiful torch lake. Boat accessible. Indoor and outdoor seating available. Mediocre bar food at best. Service was slow. We had the fried pickles which were unique it was a dill pickle spear wrapped in ham and cheese. Me and my daughter had the tastless perch tacos. My husband had a burger that he said was good. My son had cod nugggets which were ok except he didn't like the tarter sauce it had a strange taste he said. Who messes up tarter sauce? The views of the lake from the patio are still worth the trip.

Attached to Moka coffee shop. Intimate room offering a selection of small plates - several types of sliders. We opted for the two bigger items, the lamb chops and beef tenderloin, both grilled and imaginatively presented. Friendly service.

Sweet little place, clean, attentive staff. We each had an omelet and biscuits. Fresh ingredients, perfectly cooked, fluffy omelet. Our waitress was great, I had ice tea which she kept refilled. As we were ready to leave she gave me a to go cup which she filled to the top. She filled my husband's travel coffee mug also no extra charge. We had a five hour drive ahead of us so that was a really nice perk.

After we ate there we found out from a friend that Roy had passed away and we were quite sad about that. The man put his heart and soul into the restaurant and I think that's why it is such a success today.

Sarducci's is a quaint restaurant located within Shanty Creek Resort, in Picturesque Shanty Town. We offer a full bar, including bar seating, lounge area, as well as outdoor seating, weather permitting. We offer Italian-American cuisine and seafood, with a price range for everyone. Come as you are!
My husband and I come up every couple of months. We always eat at Sarducci's! This place has great Italian food! Probably some of the best food in Bellaire! Mike the bartender is the best and will make sure your experiance is perfect!

First understand, when traveling to summer hot spots business owners rely on this income to get them through the winter. Knowing this, be prepared to pay a few more pennies for a good pizza. Not great....but it hit the spot after getting settled into our hotel room. We ordered cheese and pepperoni. The crust is thick-homemade texture, sauce has a nice kick. Convenient from Shanty Creek resort. Also ordered the Greek Salad. Again, traveling in the winter will not get you a four star salad. But they did well enough to find it satisfying. Will keep this place on our list.
