Located on the Northside of magical Hopkins Village, beachfront. Live music Tuesday nights ('Jam Nite' with local drumming) and Thursday nights ('One Love Thursdays' with live reggae). 'Saturday Night Socials' offer different entertainment weekly. Custome
They have a nice setup here with a good bar, plenty of games to play while waiting for you food, and beach volleyball available. The food was delicious as well, so that never hurts. I really liked the vibe here. I had a plain small pizza and lobster tacos.

My wife and I each got a burrito for lunch, she got the shrimp one and I got the fish one. Shrimp one had much more flavor. Neat place right on the beach front!

Popped into Omarâs while exploring the town. It had come so highly recommended that we thought weâd give it a try. The place is BYOB (meaning they donât serve alcohol) and thereâs no cork fees. Be sure to ask whatâs available before combing the menu as some dishes were out of season. Overall tasty food, but poor service as the employees were more concerned w their own down time than tending to us.

Our family separated briefly, going our own ways in the small village of Hopkins. I had just mentioned to my husband that I was craving lobster for dinner when my daughter rolls up on her bike, jabbering about meeting some lady, and Kismet and be ready at 7pm for a homemade lobster dinner. Little did I know at that time, I was going to meet an amazing chef, be served a lobster tail the size of a chicken, the freshest, warmest seed bread I can EVER remember having, with a salad green and crunchy with chunks of avocado and the best tomato in town. And your hostess! You better be prepared to keep up! Trish has stories that she prefaces with anecdotes and ends with tales. She is an incredible woman who you feel has survived on this earth JUST to meet and honor you with her presence and her food. The sign above her kitchen(walls lined with treasures and memorabilia, bottles; some found, some emptied at a historic location, paintings- one you'll recognize as her partner and sous chef, Elvis by his impish smile and crinkly eyes-don't try and see everything, you never will)says 'come as friends, leave as family'.Well, I feel I know her from another life and I sure as hell am going back to see her again in this one.If I had been introduced to Kismet dining the first day, I doubt I would have given myself a chance to go anywhere else.
