When you're tired of Belizian food stop by Belmopan and give The Everest Restaurant a try! Your host Raj is a gracious, lovely skilled cook. He's Nepalese and really knows his art. We had an incredible meal prepared just for us one afternoon a few weeks back Raj was affable and friendly his kitchen is imaculate and his cooking style is absolutely down home Nepal. I spent many years going back-and-forth to Kathmandu and this brought me right back to Thamel. The atmosphere the food and the place are just sweet. rRaj is an amazing cook as well as a great warm character. The quality of the food was excellent. We had, Pakoras, chili paneer, butter chicken, fresh garlic nan chai and Lassies. For desert he made us a real sweet Pan. What a treat. Price was commensurate with the quality, with every BZ$. Truly everything was brilliant just wonderful! Who would think you would find REAL Nepalese cooking right here in good old Belmpan, Belize. Enjoy!

Maxim's is one of my favorite Chinese food restaurants in San Ignacio, in fact, in the entire country. The restaurant is clean, conveniently located in downtown San Ignacio. They have large portions and cold A/C both of which are important to me! If you want Chinese food, give them a try. I like the Kung Pao chicken or the special sizzling steak plates.

We offer authentic food from Thailand, we are located on the side of a Mayan Ruin in Belize and have one of the best views in the Country. Guesthouse and Adventure packages available with weekend meal packages.
Reservation only! Siam takes one reservation breakfast, lunch or dinner and private for 2 or 20. The food is awesome. The view is amazing. The service is wonderful and if you ask Forrest nicely, he will play the guitar and sing you a song. Nantha us an amazing cook with authentic foods from her homeland. You are dining amongst the trees! Great place for breakfast and birding or to catch a romantic sunset dinner. Secluded location. Not jacked up in tourist pricing. Forrest, Nantha, and Siam Thai Belize are true gems. Thanks for the nice words and wonderful review. Nantha just fed me a Lobster Omelet with sweet thai sauce for breakfast. Wish you were here for that. Look forward to your next visit. Forrest/Nantha
Belize Food Guide: 9 International food Must-Eat Restaurants & Street Food Stalls in Cayo
Small coffee shop located in the heart of Belize, the capital City Belmopan. Formosa Cafe offers great coffee, fresh fruit smoothies, bubble milk tea, awesome burgers, sandwiches and dumplings.
Quite a nice surprise! The restaurant is very small. There are a couple of small tables outside and the inside eating area is very small as well. Our group of five adults, a toddler, and an infant were lucky that a group was almost finished when we arrived for lunch about 1:00. Two tables were put together, with one side being bench seating. It was ok, but not quite comfortable. The food menu is limited, but the beverage menu impressive. Lots of teas, coffees, and juices are available. Some are exotic. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the meal. Proportions were more than generous. The bowl of WonTon soup was the size of a serving bowl full of noodles and chicken. And, the Chow Mein was fabulous according to all! The fried rice was also excellent.Prices were resonable as well.A return trip is in the works!Thank you so much for visit Formosa and thank you for the feedback. Your experience here at the cafe is important to us. We will definitely working towards to provide more space and comfortable seating area. Currently the front porch area is at work. Hopefully next time when you visit it will all be completed.Thank you once again!

Visited today. Ordered and then noticed a handwritten sign noting credit cards not accepted, I was on business and rarely carry cash,, Had to drive to local bank and use atm inciting an 8 dollar fee to get cash. The food was good but the inconvenience of needing cash would put me off to eating here
