Great for lunch. Tortillas as part of the burritos were delicious! Mexican menu but fries were delicious. Great atmosphere, authentic and rustic.

i've been going to Dit's ever since i was a little girl. i still remember my mom or grandmother taking me there for enchilades, or tamales, or some other very delicious meal. My highlight, what i waited for patiently was the dessert, rice pudding or bread pudding, jam roll or, my personal favourite, raisin pie. (i use to LIVE for that) i was pleasantly surprised, when i found them open on Sunday afternoon.i was famished and really wanted to eat something hearty and homemade, and outside of going home, this was the next best.i was greeted with the regular friendly smiles, and the Belizean lunch menu. They had fried fish! And i was asked, if i would mind waiting? Surely i would wait for that! Of course was my response. i didn't wait long, and was rewarded a beautifully fried fish, potato salad, rice and beans, stuffings, and a lovely, slightly spicy pickled onion sauce. It was a perfect Sunday afternoon lunch.

We ate here twice in two days.... not because the food was that great but because the location was convenient, the ambience and service was great. The food is ok - not wonderful. I got a rotten baked potato the first time but this was replaced with a lovely slice of chocolate cake. The fish we had was a bit bland, needed more seasoning. The traditional rice and beans and stew chicken was good.

Being a wanderlust traveler, I have never experienced such a fantastic place such as Fu Wi Flavaz! It says something when David and his wifeâs cuisine beats the cuisine in Louisiana. From their sweet cinnamon coffee to perk you right up for your daily adventure to their creole shrimp to wind down your day. The owners and their employees will make you feel right at home! Also, DO NOT pass up the opportunity to schedule your adventures with David. This man will teach you all about his country, show places you would never consider seeing, and will have you laughing the whole time! By the end of the day you will love Belize!! I will definitely be back and will continue to recommended Fu Wi Flavez and the tours to my family, friends, and strangers! GOOD VIBES!!

We stayed at Leaning Palm Resort for 5 days and from our arrival to our departure, every meal was beautifully presented, fresh, unique, regional and beyond our expectations. If you are not staying at the resort, we highly recommend stopping for lunch. The food is extraordinary and will not disappoint. The scenery makes it one of the most spectacular dining experiences on earth. The owners and hosts, Taunya and Ken, pay attention to every last detail of service and comfort. For lunch, we highly recommend the chicken panadas and the black bean quesadillas. Breakfast and Dinner were equally awesome, along with special happy hour drinks and snacks.
