Find out what Cafe restaurants to try in San Pedro. San Pedro is "La Isla Bonita" that Madonna made famous. Now it's a tourist mecca, but still boasts great beaches and plenty of dive shops so you can enjoy the sun, sand, and sea. Plan a side trip to Caye Caulker while you're here; it is less developed and more laid back, and has its own splendid swimming areas.

Great breakfast, we ate here twice. First time just walking by and stopped in. very nice lady and a good cook. I think she said she was from OKLAHOMA. Smoothies are to die for. Breakfast wrap was also good. My sister has a BLT. She had it both trips , said it was the best she ever had. We are from Oklahoma lol. Thank you for your kind words and recommendation

We were introduced to Ruby's by Jose Quiroz, a sales manager of Mundo Maya Jungle Tours, who provided us with breakfast early one morning before a tour of Belize City and The Altun Ha Mayan Ruins. The fry-jacks, loaded with eggs, cheese, refried beans, and a choice of bacon, sausage, or chicken were a big hit. It's the most tasty breakfast sandwich that I have ever had! However, if you plan to enjoy breakfast here go early (around 7am) because they sell out of menu items quickly. This is a restaurant that you won't want to miss when you're in San Pedro, Belize.

Itza Belizean Place serves delicious fresh home made food right by the ocean. If you want to taste authentic Belizean food this is the place to find it. Chef Virginia makes everything from scratch and has 20 years experience. We serve breakfast and lunch
A great place for lunch. In fact, it's only open for lunch and breakfast. Good, solid Belizean food spiced just right. The fish dish I ordered was very fresh and expertly prepared. My dining companion commented on how good the curry was. I couldn't resist the coleslaw and it hit all the right notes. They seem do do a good business with the locals which is always a good sign. The service is standard Belizean. The owner is a guy from Montreal who is very friendly and chatty. Best of all, the Belikins were cold and it was pretty hot out when we ate there for lunch. The prices are average for this kind of fare. Itza is not cheap eats but it's not French Kiss or Casa Picasso either. The restaurant itself is a proverbial hole in the wall just off the main downtown beach on one of the short roads that branches off Front Street. It's easy to miss. The tables are rustic but acceptable.Would I go back? Well, it seems I do at least once or twice a year when we are living on Ambergris escaping the cold North American winter. Would I recommend it? Yes so long as you are looking for solid Belizean food and you are fine with spot that's not fancy.

We loved our breakfast! The Nutella Crepes and the Apple Crisp French toast special were spectacular. It was also the best coffee I had in San Pedro.

Been going here for over 20 years and still as good as first time there. A real family run establishment today has some of the most kick ass fry jacks that have ever touched my tongue. Had a blackboard menu for the whole time I've been going. Almost feinted when they handed me a menu this month. A must try restaurant if there's ever been one. Classic beach bar|restaurant

Delices de France is the first authentic French bakery and pastry shop in Belize. Our specialities are french bread (baguette), croissants, chocolate breads, flans, mille-feuilles, paris-brest, tropezienne,... We also provide a full range of nice baguette
Went to Delices De France - French Bakery early afternoon & had a wonderful lunch. My wife got the Roasted Pepper Chicken sandwich & I got the Ham & Cheese sandwich. Came âsubâ style & all ingredients were great especially the fresh bread. The staff was patient & answered all our questions & served us with a smile. I highly recommend this business. A modern take on Breakfast and Lunch, with vegetarian choices plus awesome hand made espresso coffee, chilled coffee blends and a big tea selection. Air conditioned and open 8am to 2pm Monday to Friday.Located in the purple colored Vilma Linda Plaza buildi
Not only the best tasting breakfast but also the best service from the nicest couple. Highly recommend the chocolate banana pancakes and the light, pull apart French toast covered in a homemade coconut cream sauce and crispy coconut flakes. The owners were friendly and very attentive and continually made sure our coffee was refilled and that we were happy with everything. I stayed in San Pedro for three weeks and ate at plenty of highly rated breakfast places but, with out a doubt, Mesa is the best place to eat at on the island. Do yourself a favor and check this place out early on in your trip because you will be back. Enjoy!
