We picked this restaurant for lunch at random. And it was not a bad choice. Great location, on a large place. It is a stylish restaurant. Nicely decorated. Comfortable. All the waitresses were very nice, although their English was non existant, which made communication a bit difficult... The food is mainly international, not local.All the dishes we ordered, Caesar salad, bruschettas, eggplant stew, pasta... were properly cooked, well prepared, fresh, and tasty.On the downside was the waiting time, too long.Also, it is fairly expensive for Minsk

We were there in the evening and in the middle of our visit live music started to play - too loud even if we sat not near the musuitians. At weekend evenings the restaurant is full, no seats.But absolutely no complaints at the food or srevice or the stuff.

I did a search for Michelin-starred restaurants in Minsk and discovered Falcone, because the outstanding chef had previously worked for a restaurant with Michelin stars. Now he is here in Minsk and Minsk is lucky to have him. The menu was thoughtful and creative and properly Italian. The service was excellent and Oksana, who seemed to be the maitre d', treated my wife and I like royalty. I highly recommend this place to anyone for a break from the traditional, and also excellent, Belarusian cuisine. It's a small taste of Italy here in Minsk!Thank you so much for all your kindness Bob , It is a pleasure to read your review, we hope to see you soon and surprise you with other dishes!
