Sooooo dirty. Literally like walking through a garbage dump. Especially the pool area. Was physically nauseous at times it was so dirty. Why the hotel manager can’t hire a couple of more people to go around and clean is beyond me. A shame. Because the food was great and Afnan, the dining room Manager was exceptional in service and graciousness.

Brand new boutique hotel in the heart of Be'er Sheva's Old City.
Stayed here for several nights. Neighborhood is not fancy or exciting. However, once inside the gate there’s a lovely boutique hotel, recently renovated. The rooms are small but contain everything we needed, including an espresso machine, small refrigerator, as well as an electric kettle. Good amenities. Staff was very friendly and helpful. A nice spread for breakfast provided. Easy on street parking across from the hotel - with purchased tickets during the day, free after 17:00. Accessible by several buses, with stops very close by. They have changing interesting art exhibits decorating the halls and staircase. All in all, an enjoyable stay. I would recommend and gladly return,

The hotel offers 7 spacious rooms and suites with views of a tropical patio, a spacious spa area, an outdoor Jacuzzi bath, treatment rooms and sunbathing and relaxation areas offering an open invitation to indulge. At the boutique hotel “Anielewicz Estate” you can enjoy a variety of spa treatments provided by a professional team of therapists.
The old city of Beersheva it’s not, to put it politely, competitive with the old city of Jerusalem. In truth, it is sadly rundown and somewhat dirty. There is an effort underway to slowly begin to revive it, mostly by making use of refurbished Turkish residences dating from before World War I. Several of these buildings have been turned into pleasant garden restaurants and in the case of the Anilevic, into a hotel. The location can’t be beat for the old city, and something of the atmosphere of the old Turkish city resides within its walls. The rooms are not large but adequate, modern, and well appointed. There is a small enclosed patio where one can have a snack, and there is access to a refrigerator and a coffee machine, although it really is not a place designed for one to do any serious cooking. My main reason for not giving it five stars was that the pool area is way too small. Basically, there is a small pool crammed into a corner and there is very little area to sunbathe or relax around the pool. If you are just interested in a quick dip, no problem; if you anticipate spending some time sunbathing or otherwise hanging around the pool, the set up is not ideal. Other than that, however I find nothing untoward about the establishment. The staff is friendly and efficient.

A great location in the Beer-Sheva area, only 100 meters from the Ben Gurion University and Soroka Medical Hospital. Surrounded with many coffee shops, bars, and restaurants. Very modern and well designed apartments, suitable for short and long term stay.
I enjoyed staying for one night in their facility. The only small issue was the location which I personally don’t like, but other than this, all was PERFECT: Service by Shaked and Gabriel was excellent and pleasant, room was very clean and with everything that is needed, perfect instructions on how to get their and very quiet. I highly recommend it for anyone who needs to spend the night in Be’er Shevah in a relatively good price. Didn’t try their breakfast service but I would love to do it next time. Thanks! Yaniv

We decided to fulfill our dream vacation, and to provide an unforgettable experience. Those who expect the highest standards of prestige and uncompromising design, And at the same time prefers the intimacy and charm of a private estate that seems to have been taken from another century. The estate is located in the heart of the Old City in an Arab house from hundreds of years ago. We have created a very high level accommodation complex, meticulous and meticulous about the small details that will give you a perfect vacation. We chose to design the estate so that each suite will provide a unique experience combining the elements of the nature surrounding the estate courtyard – olive trees, palm trees and spice plants – all near Beer Avraham, an authentic Bedouin market, entertainment places and a boulevard of food all within walking distance. In the courtyard compound there is a pampering spa spa to soothe the body and mind. We look forward to seeing you as the team of the Eshel Mansion
Been in beer sheva for work for 3 day at the Ben gurion university and needed a place to sleep, was surprised with decor! Much more stunning in real life. Quiet and relaxing place at the old city next to restuarant and 3 mins walking from big super store, very convenient!

The entrance to this hotel is not visible from the street. You have to go into an alley. The door is not open and there is a notice on it in Hebrew saying that you must telephone for them to open the door. So if you don't know Hebrew or if your phone does not work in Israel you will not be able to enter the hotel. There is no breakfast available in this hotel. They stopped offering breakfast during COVID and have not started again, although other hotels now offer a full breakfast. I was shown into a room with almost no lighting. I could not read a book by this dim light. Both of the lamps at the two sides of the bed were not working. The receptionist was very badly dressed and not keen to help. He offered me another room, but this time the tap in the bathroom basin was broken. The hotel gives a very low-class impression and the price is absurdly high for what they offer.
