Stayed for 2 nights in a matrimonial room - with refrigerator but the A/C didn’t go well on the first night so we had to transfer to another matrimonial room but with no refrigerator. No breakfast included, but it’s perfectly fine since there are carenderias nearby.

We stayed twice recently when visiting family in the area. The rooms are adequate and a lot better than you get in other hotels for the same money. Very cheap and just right for a one night stay. We asked for extra towels and pillows and this was no trouble for the staff. The fried chicken in the restaurant is worth a try!
Moonlight Inn is located at the heart of the city, a few minutes walk to the Big Circle (Rotunda) with several shops and places to eat. We have 23 rooms that have individual toilets with shower and taps. All rooms are with A/C, TV & WiFi. We do serve traditional breakfast and snacks 24 hrs. Our hotel has its own massage therapy to offer, facial and foot spa. We do offer short stay Php 300 per 3 hrs.

I will try and keep this short, less said the better. 950pesos (USD21+) is way too much for two of us. I am an expert on this place as I have stayed here many times. WHY? You may well ask. I had little choice is the answer, my house was being built and we had no transport to go elsewhere and it was near family whose offering was a wet mud floor. So between a rock and a very hard place, we stayed here under sufferance Rats, roaches and other critters are to be expected. The water smells really bad, the breakfast is almost inedible. You are expected to share one small old towel between two of you for a week. The good? It doesn't leak when it's raining. They will supply an extra old small towel when repeatedly requested. The foam beds are smelly probably because of the pongy water but not too bad, have slept on much worse. I have rated this two dots ONLY because I have stayed in worse, but maybe I will save that for another review.

We spent a few hours to rest our weary bodies. We were enroute to surigao city. We arrived there at past 12:00am.I chose this lodging house because I read a good review from tripadvisor. But to my dismay, rooms are smelly that one of my grandkids, a 10 year old boy commented :" akala ko CR ito" and he went on laughing.. I found out later that some of our companions went out and decided to sleep in the car. It was a very uncomfortable experience. Before we left, we l commented this experience to the management but there was no reply.. I am sorry to post this b ut I have to ,
