Living nearby we've tried this a few times. Very good food, but the owner? is just horrid and makes you think she is doing you a huge favour by serving you, even if it is just coffee! It is a shame, but we've tried it about 6 times and never any good when she's there so it's off the list for good.

Modern clean cafe with friendly staff and a unique Middle Eastern menu that will set your taste buds on a delightful rollercoaster. The smashed avo with grilled haloumi was beautifully presented and divine to taste. Excellent roasted coffee made this is a winner of a brunch. Thanks for the vote if you found this review helpful.

New wine and food bar.
After a 2hour walk we decided to have lunch at this busy cafe. The courtyard was fabulous set up with lots of succulents and created the most relaxed atmosphere. We both ordered the warm quiona salad bowl.Deliciousness lots of spices a generous serve and well presented. Service was quick the staff were busy attending to the Anzac crowd as the tables were turned over quickly. Not the most friendly staff but the food was fresh tasty and yummy. I probably won't go back due to the train station in front of the cafe. It unfortunately create a disharmony.

Larsen and Co is a relaxed, modern Australian restaurant inspired by Scandinavian influences. With a fantastic position in the Hampton train station laneway cornering bustling Hampton st, renowned local chef James Adams has created a menu ten years in the
This is an outstanding venue and frequented by us locals. In a street saturated with restaurants and cafes this place stands out for its excellent cuisine and the skills of the owners. They are wonderful people and dedicated to their craft. They normally have a thriving cafe for breakfast and lunch and early evening drinks. But on Friday and Saturdays they now serve a heavenly dinner. We had the bruschetta and the gravlax to start and shared them across the four of us. Iâd say the bruschetta is the best in the world! We found the gravlax is great too. For mains, I had the lamb shoulder, which is possibly the best I have ever eaten! Seriously good. In our group, someone else had the linguine and pronounced it fabulous, and the chicken schnitzel which is one of the best dishes in Hampton. Head down one weekend and sample their outstanding cuisine from a local couple who are serving seriously great food on your doorstep!

This place is a great cafe, has awesome coffee and lots of seating and space. This place was on the way through whilst I was visiting a few places across Melbourne and was recommended to me. If youâre in the area this is def the best choice. Quick service too.

Very modern comfortable interior decor along with a large outdoor back garden seating area, and seats out front on the sidewalk. Great service welcoming you from the minute you walk in. Lovely Menu with some Japanese dishes like okonomiyaki and tuna tataki, and classics like smashed avo. Coffee is excellent too. Came in just for coffee but stayed for brunch! Delicious.

It's nice to be able to review a cafe whereby no bad incidents happened. Lord knows, that's rare sometimes. It was quite by accident/chance that we came here. I saw something on Instagram from here that took my fancy, and wouldn't you know it, when we sat down to order, I couldn't find the picture again so didn't even order that (I know; screenshot it next time).Instead, I ordered the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon on a potato rosti, pickled red cabbage and poached eggs and Harissa hollandaise. It really was good. MAYBE if I were to be fussy, I'd say the potato rosti was just a fraction over done, but that's splitting hairs. The staff were friendly, the food came out fast, and it was really good. They do sell little cakes and muffins etc to either eat in or take out. I must say, not all looked appealing, but there was a great variety. Parking could be an issue at busy times. The council seem to think that by taking away parks, it "beautifies" the street. Uh, not so much. But if you go for breakfast early enough, it's a good spot. I highly recommend eating here. The breakfast is all day and there looks like a good lunch menu as well. Perhaps that's what I'll go for next time!

I have been back to this bakery/ restaurant a few times. The breakfast is much more than your average egg/bacon/avo. It is varied, with a weekly special that keeps changing. I have had zuchini fritters, spring onion and pea fritters, panfried polenta with mushrooms, all served with poached eggs/avo/amazing spices/wonderful greens. Adventurous, tasty and healthy. The bakery section caters for your carb crave days - also very good. Recommended!

Our first visit and we were not disappointed. On arrival we were greeted and seated promptly and in a friendly manner.Unfamiliar with the menu, my wife chose deconstructed Tuna Sashimi which she said was delicious.I chose Scallops and couldn't have been more pleased. Both dishes were served quickly and it was clear from the presentation that both dishes had been made with great care and dedication. We'll be back!
