A two michelin star restaurnt
We had an amazing evening here. Truly deserves both Michelin stars. Price wise more than fair even though it is still expensive. The chef enjoys being around the guests something you don´t find often.Food is made with local, seasonal ingredients. You can´t choose only fixed menu. This is by far the best restaurant in Augsburg. Staff was attentive but the star is obviously the chef and the food. Only one downside. Parking is a nightmare. If you are in Augsburg you should come here

Situated in a quiet square, this restaurant offers very pleasant outdoor dining around large tables. Typical German food, nicely presented and waitresses are very helpful with translations. Good selection of wines as well as beer. An enjoyable meal with friends.

After having visited the nearby Fuggerei settlement, we opted for dinner at the newly opened (i.e. since June 2016) " Die Tafeldecker in der Fuggerei" restaurant. This restaurant serves regional, Bavarian and Swabian tapas specialties, along with an 'a la carte' menu and extensive drinks menu.A lovely dining experience, in an elegant setting, with delicious and hearty portions - having ordered a traditional pork and potato salad for my dinner (i.e. schweinekrustenbraten mit kartoffel gurkensalat) I simply couldn't finish it, although I did my best! Very tasty indeed - just too much! My sister opted for a main dish of fried, crumbed feta cheese, accompanied by ratatouille salad and pesto (i.e schafskase mit ratatouille salat und pesto) - again, a large portion at that, which she actually did manage to finish. Our friend decided on a selection of smaller 'tapas' dishes, which probably was the best decision by far. We also tried the very refreshing (and non-alcoholic) berry and ginger juice, packed with lots of berries (that ended up being our dessert of sorts!)...Great venue, with an allocated bar area (goog for a drink whilst waiting for your table, for example), with friendly staff - to make your dining experience all that more pleasurable.

All the food was great. Top quality, fresh ingredients and preparation. Amazing taste. One can clearly see that there is a lot of care and attention to detail in the preparation of the dishes offered. The service was also very attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Finally, the ambience is great, soothing, nice music, relaxing, perfect to enjoy the delicious food. In short, all-around perfect! Definately will come back.

There are not too many places like this in Augsburg, modern, well designed interior and exceptional food. All dishes were freshly prepared and really tasty, nothing to complain about. The portions were quite generous and the prices are reasonable for such a standard. We will definitely come back.

I used to go very often due to the large menu and the quality but nowadays the menu is smaller than before and the quality-price relation is decreasing for some dishes.Anyway if you wanna eat a good hamburguer (expensive one) this is the place

As hotspot in the centre of Augsburg the maximilian°s offers âbest urban kitchenâ. Creativity, freshness and high quality form the base for the dishes inspired by the metropolises all around the world. The team around Head Chef Simon Lang skillfully reali
Well, when looking into the menu i saw Berliner Liver and my husband Seesaibling. I love to eat this dish when i see it on the menu. I had eaten it in other restaurants but in alot of restaurants they want to serve it with those out of the plastic container the orange color dried onions. I ask in advance so that they can sauteé for me 'fresh' onions. In this Drei Mohren restaurant i had an 'explosion' of my tastebuds!!! The liver was perfect, the apples, the onions, mashed potatoes and the SAUCE....BAM! And my husbands fish dinner...the same...wow! DELICIOUS. The next evening we both decided to have the breaded calf (Wiener Schnitzel). YUMMMMMMMYYYYY! Usually we do not eat in the hotel restaurant the second night because the 'gourmet' dinners they offer just don't cut it. We eat the first evening in the hotel because coming in and not being familiar with the area doesn't make fun looking for a place to eat. But these 'chefs' were GOOD! i ate a Berliner Liver dinner in Berlin in a known restaurant specializing in cooking 'berliner liver' and here..Drei Mohren... they top it! QUALITY has its price! Worth every cent! Dear guest,Thank you very much for choosing the Steigenberger Drei Mohren and for taking your time to write down your evaluation. It was our pleasure to read that you enjoyed your dinners with us. We will gladly pass on your positive feedback to our staff, especially as praise often is the best motivation. We look forward to welcoming you at the Steigenberger Drei Mohren in the future.Kind regards,Your Team of the Steigenberger Hotel Drei Mohren Augsburg

We had been booked in by our hotel , a party of 4 the atmosphere and food were superb , but be prepared to have a hunger, the portions are very large . It was so good that we wanted to book the following night , with Christmas season , this proved impossible .It is clearly heavily booked with local people and is sort out with several large groups in the several eating rooms. The good news was that were quickly served , no pressure at all to vacate the table , and we enjoyed very much the experience a red wine recommended . The bill for three courses , and two bottles of 38 euro wine and several litres of bottled water was £171for four people

There is a reason why this restaurant is first on trip advisor and why so many people follow trip advisor when they travel abroad to get good suggestions. This was by far the best meal I ever had during my trips and the best value for money. If you are in Augsburg this is the place to go. Words can't describe how good this is.
