We visited here in December of 2014. There is a full-service restaurant, but we visited the wine bar. The wine bar offers tasting flights, wines by the glass, small plates/snacks and wine for sale to take home. The prices are very reasonable and the quality of the wine good. Some staff speak great English, others no so much, but it is a wine bar, people are easy to get along with. =)Tables vary in size, we ended up at a larger table with some locals and had great conversation over our tasting flight. We also purchased bottles to bring home with us and as gifts for the holidays. Again, prices were very reasonable and American credit cards were accepted. If you enjoy wine tasting and are looking for a nice evening activity I definitely recommend a stop here.

Italian Cuisine with Chef and Italian Owner, the cuisine follows the Italian Gastronomic dictates with variety of Pizzas and Dishes also on request.
Was soll daran denn italienisch sein? (weisste Bescheid)

We had dinner at the Weinstuben Juliusspital and enjoyed the food, the wine and the setting. We chose to sit inside on a cool night, although a very pleasant outside verandah is also available. The service was efficient and helpful. An English language menu was provided. There is a good range of dishes available. We skipped the entree and went straight to the main. My wife had an excellent wiener schnitzel, and I had a delicious bratwurst with sauerkraut. Both meals served in good sized portions. There is no beer served - only wine. Our Rose (served by the glass) was very good.Costs are quite moderate. Mains around $20 Euro Would be happy to return.

This is an old hospital changed into a restaurant. It is welcoming. Donât let the small entrance fool you there is plenty of room. The food was average for the price but still very tasty. It was a good place to eat but most likely a place I will have forgotten in a year or so.
"Real Frankonia" in Randersacker. The whole family is helping weekends to service wine lovers with dozens of self grown wines, traditional food and a nice athmosphere indoor or in the romantic yard. Don't forget to give the family a feedback about your opinion on there wines. They appreciate. And if you have a lucky day, the "Senior" owner gives you a small tour through his wine cellar and let you try one of his favorites from the wooden barrel. You see him and you will know what love to one's profession means!

This small restaurant feels like entering a different dimension and time, quirky and arty, they don't have a printed list, but a passionate and competent friendly guy who speaks good english, guiding you through the dishes of the day and recommending wines to suit your taste and the choice of food you made. Food and wine were delicious, we also bought a bottle of the wine I had to take home. Reasonable prices for the quality.Long ago! But thank you very much! Hope we See use sometime again! You Tiopolinos!
