Reviews on Pizza food in Rothenburg, Bavaria, Germany. Walk atop Rothenburg’s city walls or climb to the top of the town hall for great views. The Night Watchman tour is an unforgettable way to learn the city’s history. And our travelers also recommend the Medieval Crime Museum (Mittelalterliches Kriminalmuseum)—it’s gruesome but fascinating.

I had the good luck to purchase a cheap plane ticket and flew back to the place i once called home, which is Kitzingen. 'Of course was the Italian Pizzeria part of my visits. It seemed that nothing had changed, only the fact that the owner and pretty much all of us got older, some of us even wiser. When I was around 20, we had a nickname for the place, I can't explian why we called the place: Mauesfallenhaendler. This guy's legendary Lasagna is breathtaking, I wish i would have a place like that nearby.A good glass of wine and the nice atmosphere make this restaurant to a must go place when in Kitzingen. The food is excellent, the owner a great guy and you can watch them when they prepare your food. Kind reagrds from Sisaket/Thailand. Keep up the great work, hope to visit you again in October, this time maybe ( hopefully) with my Thai wife .

Wood oven pizza! The very italian style! Nice place, nice people, everything great. A perfect place to stop and relax, because the restaurant is outside the walls, near the Flugplatz (the small local airport)

Yummy pizza, good service, clean, good pricing. Why not? Located a very short walk from the Markt. Recommend.

Look no further for excellent Italian. Needing a break from German food, this is an excellent choice for Italian in Rothenburg. It was so good we came back the next evening. Huge glasses of wine, freshly made pasta (delicious bolognese) and wonderful margarita pizza. Staff is friendly and efficient. This place is filled with locals - which is an excellent indicator of its excellence!

Having heard good things, it then happened over the several hours that 20 of the 32 of our tour group mossied in for dinner. Yes, dinning in Europe is slower if you from out-of-country but nothing Eiscafe did was extra slow. Waited a bit for menus but thatâs it. Started with Minestrone - it was abundant with veggies but not beans. Excellent still. Like prior reviews m, we also had rigatoni Bolognese and spaghetti Bolognese. The sauce wasnât sweet; very tomatoeâ. Hearty and tasty. Had pizza spinach, mozzarella & gorgonzola. Not burnt crust. Again tasty and fresh. Riesling ((semi-dry & sweet - by the glass)) was cold and refreshing. Limoncello to end was a superb delight.

When I come back joke after my travels have taken me to England or France or Poland or even Italy, I head right for Vito for a heaping and steaming plate of his pasta. Itâs so freaking delicious you feel as if youâre committing a felony by eating it. Service is friendly and warm and the beer selection is also interesting, different than other choices youâll find in town. Pizza is also excellent and large.

The little place serves great Italian food, at good prices, with kind, efficient service from the owners. The menu is small but everything we ordered was delicious. I particularly liked the swordfish pasta, wonderfully fresh and tasting of the sea. The pizzas also hit the mark. The panna cotta was among the best Iâve tasted. I loved the family vibe and the obvious care taken over every dish. Seriously good eating. Do book though. All the tables were reserved when we went.
