Nice German restaurant with traditional cuisine and pleasant atmosphere. In winter there are very few people, the service is fast. The staff is friendly and helpful. Traditional German food, a good selection of fish - trout, perch ... Prices are good - I recommend

Well kept terrace, for lunch, snack, or just a drink.Very pleasant and serviceminded personnel.Lunch menu is ok, but not very innovative.Draft beer is ok, but not top range.Fair price and value.

Wir wollten vor 4 Tagen mal dort Kaffee trinken und Kuchen essen. Da waren die Kuchen noch auf dem Blech und frisch. Sind aber heute hin. Nur noch einzelne Stücker auf einzelnen Tellern in der Vitrine. Haben noch bestellt und es bereut. Alte Sahne, schmeckte ekelhaft. Solch einen ranzigen alten Kuchen überhaupt noch anzubieten ist schon unverschämt. Auch bekommt der Betreiber noch nicht einmal die Lippen auseinander für ein 'Gutes Neues Jahr' oder 'Auf Wiedersehen'. Wir sagen nur, auf nimmer wiedersehen, es gibt in Bad Füssing viele bessere, gepflegtere, freundlichere und günstigere Läden mit höherer Qualität.

I found this restaurant by chance, looking for some place to have lunch with a big grou, somewhere in Passau or surroundings. I sent lots of requests but they were the only one answering me imediately! Lovely place, nice inside, excelent food, excelent house-beer, quick and very polite, friendly service, all in a one... a place where i would go back any time ! For sure I will recomand it to my friends ! thanks a lot !Dear Marieta, thank you very much for this very positive review. It was a pleasure having your group in our house. When they say Alte Taverne they mean really old and full of atmosphere - Biergarten nestles under lovely trees - Bier and local food at excellent prices (the local trout was lovely) - we will be back soon
