Find out what Vietnamese restaurants to try in Regensburg. Founded by the Romans in 179 AD as Casta Regina (meaning Fortress by the River Regen), Regensburg is one of Germany's oldest towns. It was relatively spared from Allied bombings during World War II. Today, many flock to see the wonderfully intact old city and its many medieval structures. The 12th-century Stone Bridge was used by Crusaders en route to the Holy Land. The Regensburg Cathedral (or Dom St. Peter) is one of southern Germany's finest examples of Gothic architecture.

Were spontaneous in the evening there, with no reservation, but the personal was extremly nice and found 6 places for us. Delicious soup, amazing Mango-Duck salat all sweeten by the Coconut balls swimming in Coconut milk! Was the perfect dinner!

Found this place amongst a group of Vietnamese restaurants and was it a lucky choice! The young waitress who welcomed us and served everything turned out to be the daughter of the owner. She was everywhere looking after the guests. Our favourite dishes were Pineapple Pan (crispy duck slices served in a half pineapple with a delicious sauce) and the traditional Pho (Vietnamese beef soup with lots of greens, bean shoots and flavours).Sorry we couldn't manage dessert. This restaurant is highly recommended.
