Pfifferlinge mit Nudeln, Rindersteak und Salat standen auf der Tageskarte. Sehr empfehlenswert am letzten Tag vor dem Betriebsurlaub. Ich wünsche dem gesamten Team einen erholsamen Urlaub und hoffe, bald mal wieder vorbeikommen zu können !

Stayed here for a couple of nights outside the city and the location is perfect, it's set within some woods about a 5 minute drive (30min walk) to the nearest S bahn station. The staff do regular shuttles to and from the station throughout the day, and were happy to drop us to the station when we wanted to leave a bit later. The last shuttle is at 8pm from the station so it does restrict you a bit if you wanted an evening in the city. The facilities were average, although the price is quite cheap. The beds were terrible and extremely thin, there were no lockers to store anything and the bedding smelt really bad! Bathroom facilities were ok. There were no locks on the toilet doors, and the showers are double cubicles, so you either lock the door with a free shower or get extremely comfortable with fellow travellers! There were 2 toilets and 4 showers for our floor of about 40 beds, but we didn't have any problems waiting.The hostel bar serves good beer on tap for â¬3 for 50cl, and there is an indoor communal area with table tennis and table football etc. There is an outside bar area, however the atmosphere was extremely tense during our stay as the hostel owners were having an ongoing disagreement with the bar which is located right outside. The outside seating is apparently allocated to the bar, so we weren't allowed to sit there and had to eat our dinner on a rickety bench around the back of the bar with no lighting. Not great! There was also a party going on the second night we stayed, we were told about it during our stay which was fair enough, however the music carried on until 5am outside our window and it was too hot in the room to close it! The Irish bar downstairs also wasn't open.Overall I think this is a great hostel with really friendly staff, but I wouldn't recommend a stay here until the issues are sorted with the bar!

Best food I have had in a long while, awesome ambiance! Inside was a little bit hot but it still is an awesome place with good food and awesome beer!

Had a great lunch stop at Gaststätte Geisenbrunn. We were a larger group (9 people) in cycling gear and we were made very welcome in the beer garden. The service was friendly and efficient and the food was excellent.

Nettes kleines Café in dem es auch Frühstück gibt.Sicht in die Küche ,schneller Service,leckeres und frisches Essen,überwiegend italienische Küche nette u lustige Leute ,super netter Chef der stehtâs um das Wohl der Gäste bemüht ist
