Dropped in here for a coffee following a few hours hiking. Really friendly waiter recommended the house chocolate cake of the day. It was superb. Coffee second to none. Lovely decor. Always something to look at and admire. Easygoing atmosphere. I can fully recommend this cafe.
Ristorante Al Lago was advised to me by the Ebersberg Business Class Hotel staff, and they were spot on. I drove to the restaurant and could park at a parking place in the street above.

We looked for a place to grab breakfast during the weekend and found Zimtblüte on a German website. It's located in one part of a former monastery with indoor and outdoor seating. Good for breakfast or relaxed lunch, for couples, families (child friendly) and groups. The breakfast menu was rich in choices for a diverse range of tastes. Coffee was good and the croissants fresh. Sadly there was no mobile network connection (possibily due to the big old monastery walls) and there was no Wifi available. I would have loved to read my digital newspaper during breakfast.
