We went there after a hiking day...it was a little Bit hard to find and Park, but the Hosts are very warm and friendly people. The cuisine is stable and very Good! Enormous portions, fresh food and a nice view to the mountains!! You should go there if you are hungry! Excellent choice

We've visited this restaurant a couple of times - the first in summer when we sat outside in the Biergarten and the second in autumn, when we went inside. On both occasions the service was friendly and prompt. The interior is quite strikingly traditional and very enjoyable. The menu is varied, with Bavarian specialities and other Greek/European dishes. A complimentary Schnapps at the end of our visit was much appreciated and we will be sure to visit again.

We had been visiting a friend in hospital, in Bad Tölz. We asked for recommendations for coffee and someone said try the Waldherr Alm. Glad we did. Fantastic location with some great views. The service was good and while we only had coffee and cakes they were superb. We will be back I am sure. For anyone on holiday in the area - donât miss a trip out to to the Waldherr Alm
