Pro Tip: if you haven't booked, you can come here after whatever it was you were doing and grab some delicious desert. The place starts to clear around 21:30 - 22:00, at which time they may not have mains anymore, but you're able to get one of their fantastic deserts. My girlfriend come here as often as we are able to snatch a table. We love the homely atmosphere, the fantastic food and the great vibe. Everything is decorated to perfection, the prices are more than fair and the food is delicious. There is no menu, the food comes in three courses. First, little dishes with a lot variety, typically around 6 for two people. For the mains you can choose between changing dishes, but generally there is calamari and lamb. For the deserts refer to the beginning. If you get a table, you'll have a fantastic time and food at terrific prices.

Symposium is 1.5km away from downtown. Despite its location along a passing street, it offers a pleasant outside terrace where tou can enjoy your meals under the shadow of plane trees. The menu is quite simpke with just enough choice and the possibility to accomodate with many allergies. The food is fresh and all homemade. The service was very slow (we kept waiting 15 min to order and a good 45 min to be served) but the waiter was friendly and politely excused for the time it took. At the end, a good greek cuisine restaurant situated in a rekatively quiet place.

Our hotel restaurant looked antiseptically dead so we went here and are very glad we did. The young man waiter spoke good English and seated us at a great table. We split taramousalata as an appetizer followed by Grilled squid and a grilled seafood platter all of which were very good. The wine is only Greek and we were very apprehensive but the waiter recommnbeded one that turned out to be very good called Cyrus One. We thoroughly enjoyed the whole meal.
