First mentioned in a 1275 administrative tract, it was granted town privileges in 1360, which makes it one of the oldest towns in the area. My wife and me went to the Inizio are really liked it. It's run by the appretices of the next door Sonnenalp. You really feel that they like what they do and have that special enthusiasm about it. The food was good with two minor issues (the bruchette soaked by the salat dressing and a little saltyness in the sauce) but we really enjoyed the evening and will come back once we are in that area.have a go and see yourself

This place is amazing! True Italians making real Italian pizza. The house red wine is also very good and very cheap. The prices are cheap and the pizzas are delicious. A must try for pizza lovers in Sonthofen! I highly recommend.

After a few days in Bavaria, my husband and I decided to branch out from the local cuisine in search of some pizza. The Italian staff was friendly and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. We ordered a salad and two pizzas. The salad was simple and perhaps a bit too overdressed with an oil and vinegar dressing. The first pizza had tuna, shrimp and onions. I thought it was a good pizza but the second one was my favorite. The second pizza had ham, artichokes, and olives. Both pizzas had a perfect crust which was not too thin, not too thick and was crisped just right. The waiter ended our meal with a shot of wine from his hometown on the house. It made me wish I was in Italy to get more food like it! I highly recommend going if you are looking for Italian food in Bavaria!

Eigentlich eher ein Lieferservice, aber dank "StehimbiÃ"-Konzept kann man auch Vor Ort essen. Die Pizzen werden im riesigen Holzofen gebacken, liebevoll belegt und der Teig ist schön dünn und knusprig. Ein liebenswerter Service und das persönliche Ambiente sorgen neben den ausgezeichneten Pizzen immer für gute Laune.

Leider ist das Parkcafe seit knapp 2 jahren kein ursprügliches Cafe mehr.Es wird jetzt als Türkisches Lokal geführt,mit Spezilitäten aus der Türkischen Küche.Kuchen gibt es auch aber steht nicht mehr im Mittelpunkt.Aber wer schnell ein Schnack will ist dort gut aufgehoben

We found the staff very helpful, especially as we do not speak german.It is an interesting restaurant, in that it has a good italian menu as the name would indicate, however it also has an extensive indian menu. We had the italian menu and the meal was nicely presented and tasted very good. We even dad another diner who had lived in London in the80's come over and translate the menu for us. It was all very friendly and enjoable.
