The owner was very friendly. Told is to trust him and took away the menus. We were right to trust him. The best meal we have ever had. The fish was fresh, excellent selections Generous portions. Price was more than reasonable. Will definitely be coming back on my next visit!

Maybe it was just bad luck, but we experienced an evening with a flow of bad events. It started with the fact that they had given our table away and we had to wait half hour for a free table. The waitress was very stressed and unfriendly. Then the napkins and the table cloth were dirty, they served the wine without ice cubes in the cooler and after we ordered the starters they came back 10 minutes later with the news that the octopus was not there anymore. The food was ok, but not spectacular. Carpaccio of beef was cut a bit too thick, the salad with prawns was served with the heads of the prawns and when you cut them, the plate was full of its green fluidity pouring out. The grilled seabass was nice, but the spinach was not fresh but from the freezer. The liver in grappa sauce with grapes was very delicious, but the cook should have taken the seeds out of the grapes. Tagliatelle al Tartufo was swimming in sauce and it was over salted. The stressed service didn't even refill the wine glasses, we had to do self service. Altogether quite a disappointing evening with ok food. Wouldn't go back!

Arriving late to stay at the âResidenceâ at the Starnberg Clinic, we were tired and hungry. This little restaurant is directly opposite the Residence so very convenient.Nice tables with attractive table covers and good sized candles, it has a pleasant quiet and relaxing atmosphere. It has a daily menu and an extensive a la carte menu. With a mix of German, English, Italian and Goggle translate, we were able to get precisely what we felt like eating and very nicely presented. The Italian house red wine was good and came in generous glasses. There were a number of diners and the restaurant also does a good take away trade for pizza and their menu. The staff were incredibly helpful, pleasant and fun. Recommend!

A nice place where to taste the recipes from Italian tradition but also some modern recipes in a typical hall or in a wonderful terrace. And don't forget our Pizza!
We've visited here a few times and always enjoyed the food. The atmosphere is very nice. The service and prices are great.

Stopped by for a lunch when walking close to the lake. Really surprised at just how busy the place was but soon discovered why. They offer 4 menus at lunchtime in the 10 to 15 range. I selected a bronzino based menu with soup starter and panacotta dessert, all for 14 Euro's. Portion sizes were very good and service friendly and efficient. Space is a bit tight but overall a very good experience.

We had a great dinner with a small group of friends here. The menu is limited, but creative and all the dishes we had were excellent. The atmosphere is cozy, and the owners are welcoming and very friendly. This place is clearly not on the radar yet as it was not very full on a weekend evening. This is easily one of the top restaurants around, and we will be returning soon.
