We didn't really expect too much but this Pizzeria was exciting. Very good side salad, perfect seafood pasta and a delicious pizza. The house wine was very good! We will be back again, definitely! Although the team supports Juve by heart they show several bottles of wine, labeled Bayern Munich.

Great place to have an authentic freshly made to order pizza direct from an authentic pizza oven. The staff are friendly and the service good.
I just want to say what a beautiful restaurant Luigi has to offer. He is so friendly and his food is beautiful. I would eat here regularly if I lived in Allgäu. We will be back next year, thankyou to Luigi and all the staff. Steve and Vic

Restaurant Inizio Pizza and pasta pleasure in Tiefenberg within walking distance of the Sonnenalp Resort. Enjoy time together with us by sipping an excellent glass of wine, by tasting the homemade pasta dishes or sampling one of the Mediterranean salads o
My wife and me went to the Inizio are really liked it. It's run by the appretices of the next door Sonnenalp. You really feel that they like what they do and have that special enthusiasm about it. The food was good with two minor issues (the bruchette soaked by the salat dressing and a little saltyness in the sauce) but we really enjoyed the evening and will come back once we are in that area.have a go and see yourself

This place is amazing! True Italians making real Italian pizza. The house red wine is also very good and very cheap. The prices are cheap and the pizzas are delicious. A must try for pizza lovers in Sonthofen! I highly recommend.

I returned to the Colluseum after having eaten there a decade ago and remembering how good it was - I was not disappointed! The pizzas taste incredible and are served extremely quickly. They are also huge, hanging over the plate by a good four inches! Excellent value for money.

After a few days in Bavaria, my husband and I decided to branch out from the local cuisine in search of some pizza. The Italian staff was friendly and the restaurant had a nice atmosphere. We ordered a salad and two pizzas. The salad was simple and perhaps a bit too overdressed with an oil and vinegar dressing. The first pizza had tuna, shrimp and onions. I thought it was a good pizza but the second one was my favorite. The second pizza had ham, artichokes, and olives. Both pizzas had a perfect crust which was not too thin, not too thick and was crisped just right. The waiter ended our meal with a shot of wine from his hometown on the house. It made me wish I was in Italy to get more food like it! I highly recommend going if you are looking for Italian food in Bavaria!

We have been to this Italian restaurant several times, and each time we have had a good experience. Pizzas are large, thin, and delicious. The bruschetta is excellent and good to share. Portions are very large. Make sure you make reservations, as it can be very busy, particulary in the tourist seasons.

A classy proper Italian haven amongst the sausage-fest alternatives, that does great pizza. The service was very polite and efficient, and the bill surprisingly excellent value. I wanted to go back for lunch, but sadly it was only open in the evening when I was in the area.

Very tasty thin crust nicely filled pizza. The pelatti sauce is tastey and pizzas were not burnt. Spaghetti bolognese were also perfect while spaghetti carbonara were a bit more Germanized (proper Speck- like it writes in menu). Portion sizes are big (or lets say normal German), but it is food quality that deserves a 5 star rating for this place. There are lunch menu options for cheap prices with drink, salat and few pizza or pasta dishes to choose from, so you are not limited at all. They also have kids menus, but size of the dish is not that much smaller (more geared towards teenagers then toddlers).Be aware, that place is cash only and that is what probably enables them to have cheaper prices for such high quality.
