We decided to have a fairly early dinner during a quiet time. We were quickly seated by the windows where we could watch a Springtime thunderstorm. We ordered quickly and our food was delivered in a reasonable time. We both ordered the salmon medallions will baked potatoes. All the food was exceptional both in presentation and quality. After such an excellent meal, we decided to have dessert. Apple strudel and creme broulee. Both were mouth watering. Along with attentive service, our dining experience is one we look forward to when we return in a week. Congratulations The Flave!

Tolles Lokal mit einer gehobenen Einrichtung zum Wohlfühlen. Warme Brauntöne unterstreichen die angenehme Atmospäre.Das Rehcarpaccio - auch als kleine Portion erhältlich - wie auch die Dorade waren ausgezeichnet. Da die Portionen auch klein zu bestellen waren, konnten wir auch noch die leckeren Nachspeisen geniesen.Service sehr freundlich.Preis: Obwohl frische Grundprodukte serviert worden sind, war der Preis der Gerichte angemessen.Wir haben sofort für den kommenden Sonntag reserviert.

There are delicious Bavarian dishes on the menu, and the Restaurant also offers Continental Cuisine. Thomas Erber, is a Master Chef and he and his team produced delicious dishes, the wait-staff, Ms. Connie & Mr Josef will give excellent SERVICE with a smile. This restaurant was an excellent newer German cooking experience. My husband had the cold-cut and cheese plate as a more traditional German dinner and loved it. I had an excellent salad with roasted chicken. Highly recommend. My 10 year old daughter was very welcome in the family room and many local families appeared to be dining with us.

First of all, the place is in the middle of nowhere. I was trying to find a place on the road to a different place and chose this - but unless you know what you are doing - this is not a place if you want to stay in Munich downtown. So that mistaken choice is on me.That said, the rooms were clean. Some staff were friendly, some were indifferent. They did not have room servie when I was visiting - not a great option when you are already tired from the jet lag of traveling from the US. The restaurant is good, but limited options and no up to date English menus. I guess as an international hotel it does fall short in a few places.

Our tour group ate dinner here one night, so the meal was pre-arranged and consisted of chicken, potatoes and squash, and apple strudel for dessert. The food was excellent and everyone at our table enjoyed it. The service was great and the staff was proficient enough in English to make things very easy. It was a short 6 block walk from our hotel, but the surrounding area does not offer much in terms of sights. A nice old church was about it.

Very good restaurant inside the Gold Tulyp Hotel. The menu is not very wide, but the quality is excellent. I had trout form a local producer: very well prepared and delicate. Prices in average. Service good and professional. Maybe the location is a little to much false rustic.
