We were looking for a place to eat near Munich messe and literally stumbled across this place in google search. The name of the restaurant actually starts with ââsâ so it took a while to find the listing on tripadvisor. In a nut shell: Authentic, down to earth, local place. Great quality Bavarian food, no-frills interior and very reasonable prices. Schnitzel and pig knuckle were great. If you anywhere near, it is worth a visit.

Wood fired, brick oven pizza, and generously sized. Went for lunch, no wait, reasonably priced, good service.

We had a great evening st Thalassa. The owner personally welcomed us with two glasses of ouzo before we struggled to finally choose several of the many great options on the menu. The mixed spit of grilled meats was excellent as was the pitta grilled with garlic. The moussaka tasted as great as it looked. After dessert, the owner came by again with a glass of warm metaxa. While not a cognac fan, this was surprisingly smooth and a nice ending to the night. Only fault keeping this from a 5 star review is a few hiccups from not writing down all of our order. But the food when finally served as ordered was fantastic and the service and atmosphere was great. Would definitely recommend

What a cool neighborhood restaurant this was.... lots of families, as well as friends all enjoying themselves in this restaurant. Aside from Pizza, they have a lot of roast options. Had the lamb shoulder, was ok; colleagues had slouvaki and they really enjoyed it. Service friendly.. food can take a while if it's crowded.

Dear guests , on 01/04/2016 I opened the gates to the old Fliegerbräu's under a new name " airframe Feldkirchen " with a strong team in the back again . The airframe I fulfill my dream of Bavarian inn , brewery and local cuisine . In the heart of Feldkirc
Overnight stopover. Flugwerk was close to our hotel. Very impressed with the meals. Very decent portion size typical to Bavaria. Very well prepared. I had a half Schweinshaxn (toast pork shoulder) with potato dumplings (light and spongy) and a coleslaw (cabbage/vinegar/cumin). Lovely and tender with crunchy crackling. My had a steak with a baked potato. Accompanied with their in-house brewed WeiÃbier. We had a main and 2 half liter beers each and were done for â¬25 pp rounded up to include a small tip as appreciation of the food.

Charming, individually, uncomplicated, personally. The Monsalvy is a successful mixture of café, bar, restaurant, deli, bakery and wine shop.
Went there to meet a business partner of mine for breakfast and was definitely surprised. Nice cosy location, friendly staff, a huge menu and top service and quality for very reasonable prices. Choose between 30 different breakfasts, not to count the variety of eggs you can choose from. Fresh homemade bread made it perfect for me! Was my first time, BUT not my last time!Thank you very much.Nice to see you enjoyed your stay with us. We always try our best. We look forward to another visit.

The great thing about travelling in Germany as an Englishman is the Germans don't translate everything, menus are in German ( as a rule ) this makes eating out fantastic fun, and choosing a beer even better. And I'm being serious, in spain everything is in English, where is the fun in that! So maybe I accidentally ordered a pizza with a chewy base with a distinctly fresh from the freezer texture. I also ordered a salad to start and a beer in the interim. Again this could be a cultural divide, but I had to wait for the food before I could have my beer, despite me asking three times. In fact everything arrived in unison, starter, pizza, and beer - like a McDonald's happy meal - except for my experience the result was not so happy. Having said all the above, the staff were very helpful, and the restaurant is certainly popular, and the setting is very pleasant.

At Bauma 2016 in Munich. Gasthof Bauer introduced by business associate who lives in Feldkirchen as THE place to eat. We had tremendously tender Wiener Schnitzel and an incredible pork roast. Mickey was superb making sure everything was perfect. The meal was so go we came back the next day for another wonderful meal. This is a restaurant not to miss!!!

Suggested by a friend of mine who lives nearby, this warm and cozy family restaurant dates back more than a century ago. Owned by the same family ever since its opening, you can find local beers, friendly service, fine quality Bavarian food at reasonable price. Nice decor and parking available.

Walk in local restaurant which only takes cash. Bavarian and Czech menu. Hearty food high in near content but very well cooked and sensibly priced. Staff are helpful and friendly. Menus in English helped. Well worth a visit.
