Very friendly and courteous staff. The room was large and very clean. We had a nightcap at the bar. I asked for something not on the drink list and the waitress was very knowledgeable and served the drink I asked for. Free parking. Breakfast is available at the restaurant, but is not included in the price of the room.

stayed at this hotel just a few days ago , paid over $150 a night for the room , room was near stars and levator, when a complained afetr not being able to sleep on the first night I was told by edith the manager that she told me that the room was near the elevator when i reserved the room,, she was defensive and told me that there was nothing she could do for me , TERRIBLE SERVICE EDITH.... NEXT TIME YOU SHOULD TRY TO LISTEN AND ACCOMMODATE YOUR GUESTS , NOT JUST TAKE THEIR MONEY, I think in the hotel business you need to care about your clients - there was a lot that you could have done, you could have discounted the room charge or at least offered us a comp at the hotel restaurant, you chose to do nothing , we had two rooms per night fro 3 nights , both were near the stars 211 and room 311

The Auberge de la Pointe, it is the cozy comfort of 117 modern rooms which many of them have a private balcony offering a magnificent view on the St-Lawrence River. These rooms are in seven different pavilions which some are connected to the Pavillon Principal (main pavilion) by an indoor passage. Restaurant L'Espadon, Cafe-Bar-Terrace Le Mirador, La Relaxation spa center, indoor pool, spa ans sauna.
We stopped for one night. We stayed in the a room in Du Cap which is the highest vantage point in an older part of resort. The room was clean and we enjoyed the balcony overlooking the river and sunset. With a queen bed, couch, coffee table, a table and two chairs, we found the space a bit cramped especially with two chairs and a table on the balcony. We appreciate they were trying to accommodate all our stay needs with the furniture but it did lead to some stubbed toes. The bathroom is newly updated and clean but tight for two people. Lots of Morris throughout the room made up for this as we just put on makeup outside of room The pool, hot tub and deck areas of the main pavilion are lovely. I can see it is a lovely spot to hang out if you are staying a few days. We ate in the restaurant L’Espadon twice, for dinner and breakfast. I am celiac and even with language barrier (we are English speaking, most staff are French) the servers tried their best to accommodate my gluten requests. Thank you to our excellent breakfast server Justine. She went out of her way to make our meal safe and enjoyable. Food was good at both meals but dinner was a bit overpriced and plain especially the gluten free meal. In short I would recommend this as a lovely place to stay for even a couple of days. Excellent staff and relaxing environment. Beautiful views and comfortable room

Arrived in Rimouski in the middle of the night on the train from Montreal. No taxi. Taxi company said they only had one taxi and it was out and it would be 20 minutes. 25 minutes passed and still no taxi and it's approaching 3 in the morning. We called again. No further information. "He's at the bowling alley now." I called the hotel and explained the situation to a gentleman. He said, wait one minute please and then came back on the line to say his assistant would be there right away. A few minutes later a lovely man arrived in a fabulous orange mustang arrived and drove us to the hotel while Johnny Mathis serenaded us on his stereo. Thank you, thank you, thank you. We couldn't have asked for more and what you did meant so much. (I've left out the part about the poor, blood soaked inebriated gentleman who was trying to get polysporin from us as we waited for the taxi to come.) You put the "H" in hospitality and went above and beyond for your travelers. With regards to the hotel, we had a river view room which was fabulous, the beds are super comfortable, the suite was spacious and every amenity was there including chamomile tea, a small fridge and microwave. If I could give you 6 stars I would. :) Thank you again.

The Days Inn Riviere-du-Loup is situated on the banks of the St.Lawrence river, in an outstanding location that provides a calm and peaceful setting for visitors. In the late afternoon sun, the view of the river is magnificent. If you are traveling with your family and would like the convenience of a small house, you may prefer one of our eight charming, fully equipped cabins that provide both comfort and privacy. Our heated outdoor pool is also available for your enjoyment. Pets are allowed at a surcharge of CAD 20.
Lovely balconies overlooking water and the beautiful sunset. Great for sitting outside at the end of the day with a glass of wine. Crappy breakfast in a bag filled with processed food. It is a shame really. The dining room was open so health concerns do not seem to be a reason for the crappy breakfast. How about returning to pre-COVID breakfast?

This is a top notch hotel with a great receptionist Josée@2006. The room was super clean, all staff members encountered were friendly. I was disappointed that the dinner room for the excellent buffet breakfast was closed because of COVID-19, but the grab and go paper bag breakfast was a great substitute: a yogourt, fruit cup, juice, cheese and muffin or croissant made it a good start for our day as well as the food cup of coffee. And if you are wondering, Josée@2006 is perfectly bilingual. We are looking forward to our next visit!

The Saint-Germain is a contemporary style, comfort, cozy, sophisticated atmosphere and personalized exclusive service.
The external building looks like a construction zone (they are under-going renovations) but the rooms are well appointed and are very spacious. Our room had a full kitchen. Definitely a hotel you could spend more than one night. The River is across the street and many rooms have a river view. Great location.
