My first trip to the Barnesville DQ was to try out their new Apple Tart a la mode. To my way of taste, it cost more and delivered less than I had hoped. The tart is a fairly dry pastry without much apple and even less flavor. The ice cream was good DQ vanilla, so at least I've got that going for me...

Great buffet featuring southern style cooking. Fried chicken, great vegetables, yummy desserts and lemonade or tea. So happy we stopped in. Great service.

We love eating DB's. Whether we're eating in a both as a family or at the bar as a couple, we always enjoy ourselves. Certain nights there are events for painting and trivia. Don't worry, it's not over run with college students. Debbie will take excellent care of you!!!

Visited Barnesville, Georgia today to go Antique Shopping. For lunch we decided to walk around town and settled on Georgia South Barbeque. We ordered the lunch special consisting of a pork sandwich, stew and tea for $5. Added some French fries. The food was all very good and the service was also. All at a very affordable price. Will definitely stop by Georgia South Barbeque again.

My family has been dining here for over 40 years. The food is always delicious. I especially love the slaw. It's chopped really fine and is a bit sweet. Great salad and dessert bar. The decor is country right down to the checkered tablecloths. Go on and pay them a visit. You know you want to. (Open on Sunday: 12 noon - 8 pm - during Dec. 2016)

Come on people why haven't you stopped here. I'm sad I didn't try it before. This will be our Friday night routine with the sell barn. The staff is very friendly. We had the Phillip which I highly recommend. Don't ask questions just eat it. It's brisket and yummy goodness and they even put bbq sauce on it. My only disappointment was the Brunswick stew. Not many veggies or a good tomato stewiness. Let's a lot to be desired. The pulled pork sandwhich was good but will be getting the Philly from now on.

This is your standard pizza place catering to a youth crowd in a small college town. Good pizzas and calzones with friendly service and reaonable prices. You order at a window and pour your own drinks--no table service or white tablecloths here. They feature specials and have salads. It is a good place to go for lunch. No complaints.

I've been a few times and the food is always passable, just the interior is so dirty, you just kind of know the place needs a good cleaning, it smells dirty

It's clean and the waitstaff is friendly and welcoming. The food was good and brought to us hot and prompt. No, it isn't gourmet, but it will do for a travel breakfast.
