Had been there on several occasions in 2013 and 2015 with family, friends and by myself for some drinks. The staff are very friendly, attentive and most importantly, the place is very clean. When visiting with family, we were delighted to see that there is an area specially designed for children to play while waiting for their food as they can often become impatient.
When visiting on my own, I tried several cocktails on their menu and enjoyed them all.
We will definitely return on our next visit to Romania.

Whilst staying in Barlad for a fortnight long charity project, Poienita was the closest restaurant to us, ensuring a fair few visits. The location was lovely, situated in Barlad's flower-filled Gradina Publica. Each time the food was appetizing and served speedily, with the odd forgotten dish (which to be fair was probably due to the size of our party - between 13 and 15). The staff were friendly and accommodating, being quite happy to shunt tables together to make room for our group. Most of the waiters spoke enough English to take our orders and there was no significant language issues. Poienita was, however, the most expensive restaurant we frequented, although a good sized meal with a drink never topped 40 RON (about £8) for me. All in all, a very pleasant restaurant.

The food is delicious, the premises are clean and spacious, you get to choose where you want to stay , in or out, a nice overall place to eat tasty food.

being on National 2 road is good to stop for a quick eat but they like to position higher...yet the service is very poor and food is regular....yet nothing to complain...i eat a pizza and was OK...i ordered spicy sauce and they brought a regular one....they came with the food very late...still nice terace.

Located near the Police station, the restaurant has a parking area and also is provided with a non smoking area. Food is very good. Staff ok. All over the place are a lot of dolls, which is quite weird and I do not se it as adequate for such a restaurant.
