This place has been a Friday night special for the last 20 years or so. Always busy after 10pm.The live band is great- they don't go off for an hour or so like in other places. The gregarious owner, Mario, is always around, smiling away. The menu has improved a lot in my opinion- smaller so they can focus on freshness but the beef & prawn dishes we had were smothered in spicy sauces which is a shame as the beef was excellent (even if it was a bit under cooked) as were the prawns. The pepperoni pizza was also very good but the dough needs improvement & I didn't like the mixture of cheeses Mozzerella & Parmesan.Drinks are not cheap but definitely worth it.The service was excellent.

Very dull and dark ambience, no special food, very slow service and staff was very casual and not concerned. We did not understand why this place is so highly rated. The ambience itself killed it for us. Not a place I would recommend for sure. WiFi was extremely bad too.

We are open for breakfast /lunch / dinner. Or just sit at the bar or relax in our lounge chairs at the front of the restaurant for drinks and watch the world go by.
Most of the items which were ordered were not available as the waiter said May is off season and most of the staff is not available. Still we ordered whatever best option was available as the ambience was good. The taste was not great but can't complaint as it was satisfying. There is something wrong about their billing system as they add 27% as taxes on the overall cost which is exorbitant for a normal restaurant. Not recommended and not worth a visit again. Thank you so much for your review,The tax is correct GST is 5% and Alcohol is 22% that’s 27% total, a tax we have to apply.

Enjoy breakfast, lunch, and dinner, as well as our award-winning buffets, in style and comfort at The Sri Restaurant and Bar—a bright, cheerful restaurant with contemporary style, located right here at Aguada - Siolim Road , near Bobby Bar junction , Anju
The moment one enters the establishment you get the vibe that you have arrived at the right place. The ambiance is calm quiet and soothing. The decor is all natural. The food served is even better. Good for the tummy and soul. Had ordered a bake and salad, both very well prepared. The service is prompt. One can spend hours here.

Habanero, an authentic Tex-Mex restaurant in Goa provides a perfect setting for authentic nachos, salsa, and guacamole. A welcoming atmosphere and food, it is a vibrant spot to kick back and share a pitcher of margaritas with friends as well as the whole
Mexican pizza is weak. A little like frozen variety. They probably should have let it cook longer too. Hard shell carnitas tacos not too bad; needs more carnitas, less beans. I would still come back here and try other things on the menu. My friend ordered grilled prawn and he liked it. I know this is probably the only place around for Mexican so maybe I should rate it higher? Did have a pitcher of a decent IPA craft beer.

A new take on Vintage/Retro Pub experience. It is the first of its kind in Goa. With a very rustic & mind soothing ambience coupled with great fusion cuisine, your experience will have you coming back for more. We also have Live music on select days to sh
We went there for cocktails and starters. The bar itself is nice with comfy seating and a pool table outside to pass your time. The drinks were fine but the food could be much much better. We didn't enjoy any of the starters. Not cheap, mid priced. Live band was just about ok. Could be better. The location was very close to the villa where we were staying.Hello, thank you for your valuable feedback. We are pleased to know that you liked the drinks. We have noted all your pointers and are working on the same. We look forward to hosting you on your next visit.

Our hotel had a shuttle that dropped guests off at the Arpora end of Baga Beach. As soon as you hit the beach, staff from the literally dozens of beach shacks tout for your business, all free sunbeds and promising great comfort in exchange for buying the odd drink, perhaps a meal or snack and maybe partaking in a neck massage or pedicure. A quick scan soon shows the more popular shacks and a quick look at the TripAdvisor best beach shacks on Baga leads you to the Shining Star. Needless to say it is also one of the busiest and although it became our go to shack on one occasion we had to go elsewhere because they had no sunbeds free. The sunbeds are a little crammed together but the staff will move the umbrellas to keep you in or out of the sun as you wish. The staff are very friendly and not at all pushy, the beds have clean towels and the food in the shack is very good and reasonably priced. We had what they call laffi rolls but others call Kathi Rolls and they were very generous portions (one would serve two for lunch). It was so busy you knew the food was fresh and although we didn't get back at night for the BBQ I was told that was also excellent by another guest. The beach is so long you need to find a shack that is close by to where you are coming on the beach so for this part of Baga I recommend the Shining Star.

The garlic bread, fresh watermelon juice and chocolate shake is a must try. For sunset this place is amazing...gets lil hot in the afternoon.the seating is way too small so plan accordingly. The shopping market is right outside the cafe. They have a place to park the car. The beach is 1 min walk.

Only the very best ingredients find their way into the preparations; which have been perfected by Master Chefs. Bar-Tenders can conjure up quite an array of concoctions when it comes to alcohol. All this, coupled with a “serving with a smile” attitude, fo
A lovely Restaurant with nice clean Toilets and Premises. Excellent food and Service. Nice tasty food although quite spicy for some tastes so ask for mild if in doubt. Quite a busy place so may need to book in advance. Prices are very reasonable. The atmosphere was friendly and comfortable.
