This is an unpretentious but impressive place. It deserves its current score of four. Itâs not an impressive space. Itâs a little cramped to be honest. But, physical limitations are cancelled out by the food which is very impressive indeed. Our antipasto starter was lovely. The prosciutto was as good as Iâve ever had and equal to it better than that that Iâve tried several times in its country of origin. It was strikingly good. The two pastas we had were also extremely good. The pizzas others had looked lovely too. They were eagerly devoured by those who had them.This place was well patronised and is a local favourite. On what we saw here tonight, we can understand why. Have not a doubt weâll return.

Had to visit a relative at hospital and it was around 4pm when other shops were closed so went to Dominos with a heavy heart and doubts in mind, Anyways as expected me and my daughter were very disappointed to taste rubber like pizza with stale ingredients, the staff was nice but what can they do if the franchise is forcing them to sell pizzas at such low rates.

This restaurant located in the Old Ivanhoe Fire Brigade Station, is a great place to visit, from the moment you walk in the door you get a good feeling, the décor is good and the ambience excellent. The restaurant comprises 3 rooms, so you don't get the feeling of being in a large open area. the staff are very friendly and helpful and provide a good standard of service. The choice of food is great, going from the very good Pizza selection to the share dishes and main courses. I recommend the Spring Lamb dish which was terrific, being a combination of Lamb cutlets just cooked to perfection, nice and pink, plus a serving of slow cooked lamb shoulder. Also very good was the whole baked flounder. The wine list is very good and reasonably priced. Also what I find important was the toilets were very clean. I will be putting this restaurant on my must go to again list.

Di Palmas restaurant seems to have been around for many years and still maintains a high standard of traditional Italian fare along with a great variety of excellent pizzas.We arrived at 6.30pm on a Sunday night and the place was buzzing. A number of different dining areas deliver a range of dining atmospheres all offering the sounds and aromas of a great Italian restaurant.The pasta is excellent and quite varied, and the pizzas are mouth-wateringly good.If we had one criticism, it was the extreme swiftness of the delivery of the dishes. We hardly had time to order and the meals were arriving.Prices are certainly reasonable for this quality. Will visit again.

Stopped here for a family dinner on a weeknight, pizzas are very large and tasty. Nice thin base pizza with good amount of toppings. Restaurant is very clean and service was very good. Will br back..

il Borgo is located in a street with many Italian restaurants and pizza outlets but... if you want a great meal with authentic Italian wines and service then this place is excellent. The couple who own and operate this restaurant are delightful and the food is really fabulous. I canât wait to back and bring more friends and have another great evening. I had breakfast here with my sister. It has a nice relaxed atmosphere. I think they would benefit from a good barista, because the coffee was very ordinary..The food however was lovely! I had the eggs benedict, which was perfect and my sister had the breakfast burrito, which she loved. Theyâre open for lunch and dinner as well, so Iâd like to come back and try one of their burgers or pizza. Thankyou for your review. We take pride in the quality of our food & coffee.

This family business produces the most wonderful flavoursome pizzas, all prepared with love â¤ï¸ They are thin based and has fresh produce and have a great combinations and ingredients. Nothing is too much bother, they will put your pizza together, unique to your taste.Pastas are great and they also do traditional meals and their veggies are very tasty. They have a fast delivery service and you food arrives piping hot.They are always friendly delightful family and great value for money.When ever I have friends over and we want takeaway, I always order theses pizzas and my friends all remark how wonderful they are. Its very rare now to find a pizza shop that makes & bakes pizza in their traditional way, it's Heidelberg's hidden gem.Open Monday to Saturday evenings from 5 pm.... order one you won't be disappointed

Nice place and kind people, but not an Italian pizzeria.Strange kind of pizza, like the one with sausage, salami, ham, and prosciutto together, I could be a bit confused to eat so many cured meat.I have never seen something like this in Italy. Italian cheeses that are net even similar than a real Italian cheese. Prosciutto not so tasty.Few beers, about 8/10 dollars each.The dough is not bad, but you can find something better in Melbourne. Good place if you live around and you don't want move too much.Expensive, 22/25 dollars each pizza.

From the moment you walk in till the moment you leave we felt comfortable and relaxed. The owner Eric went above and beyond to accommodate our wishes. He has a lovely singing voice too the food was excellent all four of us had something different and each one was perfect.
