Great place to stay when on a holiday in Sydney
Reviewed By GWilfredVery good hotel, couldn't ask for a better price to stay for 5 days during my holiday in Sydney. The bed was nice and I loved the fact I can come back to the bedroom and just relax after a BIG day out. The friendly staff and managers are very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend anybody to come to stay at Greenacre Hotel it's such a fantastic cozy friendly hotel. I will come back here again.

Poor management
Reviewed By beccaj2230Visited with friends, hotel manager needs training in customer service. Rude aggressive and makes up lies to save face. Was only there 10 minutes and believe me 10 minutes was to long. Won’t return to such poor service.

Good for room bad for facilities
Reviewed By gurpreetsehgalHotel room is good and bed so comfy. You can easily find parking. But big issues is, housekeeping. I stayed here for three nights but Once i get key, no one came and cleanup, no toiletries provide, only 200ml milk no water bottles, iron board but without iron. Reception open late in day so by the time they start , we left our room and until we came back they close their reception, that’s everyday story. So be prepaid for it , bringing own toiletries and other stuff , clean your room by self. They only provide room without any facilities Be aware!!!!!!!!

Reviewed By LeoC197Checking in at reception was unusual as it was in the front bar and being asked out to remove our son as reception was next to the pokies. Paid for 2 rooms as I thought it was going to be a double bed in one room and a single in the other. Turned out to be a single AND a double in both rooms. All I could smell in reception was cigarettes. Got to our rooms and it was cold and noisy. Air conditioner wasn't working properly or not at all. The windows weren't able to be locked and when closed, the road noise coming through the two glass panels was terrible. Bathroom was a little small but it was clean. The bed was terrible, have to say what sleep we had, was the worst sleep ever. Went to the front bar to buy a cans/bottles of soft drink and being told they don't sell them there, you have to go to the pizza bar next door. All good, on the way back through the front bar, asked for a mixer bottle like scotch and cola or bourbon and cola and then being told we don't sell that here. What kind of front bar is this? We were to stay for 2 nights but just bit the bullet and booked another hotel closer to the airport.

After reading other reviews on this page I was unsure about staying at this place. On 1st looks its looks like a Tab bar and a late night drinking hole. The guy on the desk who helped us was very helpful and carried our bags up to the room. The room was a "suite" with a queen and a single bed, fridge bathroom and outside area. It was a lovely room, very comfortable and clean. I had expected noise at night with it being a late bar til 5am, but it was so quiet and the beds were very comfortable, i would definitely stay at this place again. The car park round the back was good too, left 2 cars there for 2 nights and no issues. Train station over the road, and nearby shopping centre
