I had dinner on January 22nd with my relatives on my visit to Chittagong from London. All the dishes were pleasing to the palate; soup, noodles, fried rice, fish cakes, lobsters, steamed fish and more. Service was excellent; waiters were pleasant and professional. Since I was a guest, I am unable to tell whether it is expensive or reasonable to dine there. Personally, I would emphasize on taste, good portion and service before the price.

Once again Bonanza delivers a great dining experience. I was there with my family in August and this time experience was better than last time. All staff members were very professional and helpful. Wait staff was on top of everything. Every time we needed a refill they were there. Their food arrived on time and was hot and delicious. Reshmi butter masala was out of this world. A friend of mine suggested this item (which is not the menu) and I am glad I took his advice. The best Indian dish I had in Bangladesh. If you go there request this dish and you will not regret.

When I reached this hotel it was around 2 noon. I was mainly interested for A-la-carte food but upon waiterâs insist I opted for buffet. There were a good numbers of items but most were tasteless or it can be said that cooking was not up to the mark. Moreover, there were no heating arrangement for the food, resulting in cold conditions the foods could not give its real taste to the eaters. In buffet spread there were some sweet dishes, those were the only items which were appreciably good. The staffs in restaurant were gentle and helpful. It was a not a good experience.
