Thailand's fast-growing capital is a city of contrasts. Feast on amazing Thai food in shabby markets for lunch and sip on cocktails in a glitzy rooftop bar several hours later. Marvel at the buzzing alleys and temples of Chinatown and Banglamphu, then take a tuk tuk to Siam, where luxurious shopping malls await. It's these contradictions that make this vibrant city a magnet for tourists from all over the world, each of them promising themselves to come back again and again.

This hotel really is a great find. I will definitely be staying here next time I'm in Bangkok. It is located near Silom - Konwaen MRT Station and the hustle and bustle of Silom Road but the rooms are so quiet, it's easy to have a great night's sleep in the large comfortable beds. The staff are very friendly with Tarn greeting you with her wonderful smile. The rooms are a good size with a bar fridge and tea and coffee making and a hairdryer. There's no breakfast served but that's no issue as there are literally tens of eateries close by. Very affordable too!

Hotel staff barely speak any English so very difficult to get any information about what is around the hotel. The location of the hotel is not good if you are a tourist or if you don’t have your own car. You need to take a taxi everywhere. The rooms are nice with cool art pictures. The ‘kitchenette’ is just a fridge. They do not provide forks/spoons/plates etc or even a hot water kettle for making tea or coffee. The main positive of the hotel is the restaurant/coffee shop near the hotel called Jack & Jill.

Price, location is good.If you are unlucky or have a connect room, your privacy disappears.I stayed alone, but I couldn't rest well because I kept worrying about the next room.It is a place with enough cost-effectiveness unless it is a room connected to the next room.If I go to that area next time, I will use another place even if it is expensive.

We stayed here for a 1 night as an airport stay over and it was a great nights stay. The room was big, shower nice and warm, the WiFi and aircon was good. There is also coffee/biscuits available all day and the airport shuttle is included. I slept so well and the lady on reception was really nice.

A budget clean humble hotel, close to HUAMAK station and close to a small shopping zone (24hr 7-Eleven, restaurants, Tesco Lotus supermarket, fast-food joints). Great place for airport transit overnight. City RailLink is just 25 baht one-way and 10mins of walk to the place. The front desk reception who can speak English, Chinese and little bit Japanese which surprising me very much.

I’ve stayed here before and would always choose this place if flying to or from the airport! Basic and budget but clean and friendly staff, great shuttle to the airport and a good breakfast for free! Coffee and snacks available all day!

There are other hostels and cheap rooms in the area, but this one did us just fine for the night and the price was really good. Gentleman on the desk was pleasant and helpful. The room that features on the booking.com site is room 101 and is on the ground floor. Everything else is up loads of stairs! Beds ok, bathroom small but does the job and the aircon works a treat. Wifi worked well too. The smells others are writing about I think are from the street seeping in and I’m not too sure what they can do about that. Our rooms were distinctly deodorised and this lasted the night. The linen on the beds is really clean too and I felt good sleeping there on that basis alone!!
