My husband's company had their year end dinner at this restaurant. They ordered us all a set menu.
Sorry, I don't know what all the dishes are called but our favorites were the greek salad, and the lamb. The salad had lots of fresh tomatoes, and the lamb fell right off the bone. I usually don't eat lamb, but it was one of the best I've had. We had chicken wrapped in herbs laid over some rice. The chicken was a bit dry. Steak and potatoes were average, but the portions were big. We also had a cheese dish with pita. I discovered that it was goat cheese afterwards, it was a bit too salty for me.
Overall the experience was nice. The waitress was very polite, and attended well to our large group. It was a little dim, and a bit noisy otherwise a nice restaurant.
Since the company paid for the dinner. I'm not too sure if the prices were average or not.

We visit Eden on every trip to the Mountains. It's such a treat each and time! I really don't know what anyone would possibly have to complain about. The staff takes you through an approximately 2.5- 3 hour journey ( depending on how many courses you get ) of amazing food and wine that will light up your taste buds. The portions are small but quality is spot on and I've always left feeling satisfied. The first time we went we literally felt euphoric during our meal and we were just in awe of the whole experience. It's been the same staff for years which is nice and you usually have 2-3 people looking after your every need. On top of your meal you'll also experience pallet cleansers in between.
They also have free valet for the restaurant and they will send you home with a little treat for later. It's truly a unique experience
so get dressed up and leave yourself a whole evening to enjoy this place.

Overall a good experience, great food, and delivering a bit of that Rocky Mountain Vibe that people are looking for in this location. We frequently stop here on trips to and from Banff, so consider this a nice place to add to your list if you're looking for a casual spot that isn't too pretentious to enjoy some mountain fare.

The Three Ravens Restaurant & Wine Bar. Our a la carte restaurant is an inspiring dimension in dining. Fresh. Seasonal. Creative. These are the signatures you'll find in every dish. The restaurant has one of the finest views of any dining facility in the Bow Valley. Within a few steps of all performance, meeting spaces, and accommodation at Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, the Three Ravens offers a convenient and creative venue for your evening dining experience. Savour selections from the quality wine cellar and menu, in the Wine Bar. The Rocky Mountain peaks that surround us form the backdrop for quiet enjoyment, casual meetings, or relaxing conversations.
My Husband and I decided to try Three Ravens as we wanted a special meal to celebrate our wedding anniversary. We both had the beef tenderloin which was delicious. The service was great, the price was perfect for the quality of the food. The location of the restaurant is a little weird, and we looked over a pool/ fitness centre so watched people swimming and spa-ing our entire meal. I imagine the view would be much better during the day when you can actually see the Mountains, though at night you can't see anything (except the swimmers). The Banff Centre is a little out of town so having your own transport would be better if you want to dine here.

Went twice to Eddie, for a burger and beer, while in Banff for 3 days. Servers were great, attentive and check up on us several times. Onion rings are very good. Milkshakes are tasty.

Savoury charcuterie, fine cheeses and award-winning wines are showcased nightly at the cozy Grapes Wine Bar. Sample from a tempting menu of tasty gourmet favourites made in-house, including cured meats and pates, candied salmon, freshly baked breads and delicious pickled vegetables. This historic, charming room was originally established in 1926 as a writing room and a place for people to gather their thoughts, share experiences and converse with family and friends. Enjoy the entertaining, interactive atmosphere of Grapes Wine Bar, a dining experience like no other.
We stopped at Grapes for drinks before dinner and ordered the salt and pepper mixed nuts, which were actually surpringly sweet, a glass of Canella prosecco which was crisp and dry, and merlot - full bodied and rich. Although the lounge is very small, almost claustrophobically small, and the prices of the menu items seem very high, especially for small bites/provisions, our server, Dana, was very friendly and recommended a number of hiking trails for us while we were in Banff. She was also the only one in the lounge waiting on a number of tables and she did so seamlessly. I would highly recommend this as a stop for drinks or small bites before a dinner at Fairmont Banff Springs.

Banff's newest hot spot bringing a menu of hearty rustic sandwiches for lunch and tapas for evening with a paired wine list and progressive cocktail menu.
Monday lunch at Block arrives just after they opened, otherwise would be waiting for a table. 7 tables and a few seats at the bar always busy! Enjoyed bison burger (special) and cold ramen noodle soup. Fantastic flavour and shareable portions. A must stop while in Banff!
