As a Brazilian, I know that my people are very loud. Therefore, I requested a bedroom in the back of the Hotel and over the 6th floor. It was provided. During the first morning, there was a loud music in the hall. I opened the door and found out that the couple next our room was the problem. I called the front desk and I never heard any music again. The front desk and the bedroom have simple furniture, however, very clean and comfortable. The Hotel has a great location. It is close and in the center of BC's beach, as a result, my husband and I walked 70 steps to watched the Reveillon's Fireworks. The breakfast is very good. I did not understand why someone could say that it is not. The maid on our floor was friendly, trustworthy, and considerate regarding how and when to clean our room. I gave excellent because for the price that we paid, the cleanliness, comfortability, and smoke, noise, and fragrancy free were outstandingly provided.

The facilities are amazing, the have a beautiful pool, beautiful gardens, sauna, jacuzzi and the most important part, the employees are super nice and professional. They are always trying to make your stay as comfortable as possible. You can also request massages. You for sure are going to relax if you stay there. They charge everything to your room and you can pay at check out. Another amazing experience is the Bistro. The service is impecable and the food is extraordinary. We had pasta with Frutti di Mare, and I am quite exigent with my pasta, I must admite it was perfect. We also have the octopus, and it was cooked to perfection... and it is a really difficult dish to cook. Overall, and amazing experience and I actually don't have anything to say that they could improve. i would go back for sure.

Garbage all over the game room, literally all over the floor for 4 out of 7 days. Hadn't been cleaned in weeks. You get 1, yes one halfazard sweeping of the floor in your room per week. Only once...and only sweep, take out garbages. Clean towels, if this is your 1 complimentary time. All swimming pools out of order. Indoor jacuzzis..forget about it. the overpriced breakfast, was the only thing it had going for it. If you want to stay cheap in a perfect location and don't care about cleanliness, facilities or service this is the place for you. Don't pay more than $50.00 USD per night.

The rooms are simple but there is everything that you need. Rooms are very clean. There is no elevator but I never felt like it is needed. Custo beneficio there is no better place in balneario. Comparing the price with the localization, there is nothing to complaint. I totallt sugest, if you are looking for a good price and a clean place. I love it. I hope you all enjoy too.
