Great range of food on the menu. Very friendly and efficient staff. The new décor is beautiful. We both had the burger and it was superb with proper onion rings as a side. Would highly recommend.

Just back from a stay at Vila Rose and ate in Fara's restaurant.
Both my partner and I thought it was fantastic. The quality of the food was first class and plenty of it.
The restaurant was very busy and had a great atmosphere but the attention to detail from the staff never slipped.
If you haven't dined at Fara's yet it's definitely worth a visit.

Myself and friends had a really nice lunch at Conkers. Such a friendly staff and such a wide range of choice in the menu. There was a good specials board too and a nice kids menu. Pasta dishes, salads, chicken and beef...something for everyone really. Portions were very generous and the prices were really good too. Spotless place with a nice busy atmosphere. A great find and highly recommended.

In order to mark a special occasion, I required a venue that could facilitate the comfort and ease for two elderly people with mobility issues as well as other additional support needs.
I am absolutely delighted that this hotel/restaurant not only rose to the challenge but excelled in providing an excellent inclusive non-discriminatory service.
Staff and management went above and beyond the "call of duty" to ensure that everyone in my party was able to relax and feel comfortable in a welcoming environment where inclusivity and ease of access is NOT merely an additional "add-on" or "tick-box exercise".
All staff and management, including kitchen and waiting staff, were more than happy to accommodate individual needs and requirements both physical and dietary.
I would go as far as to say that theirs is a model for good practice.

As an American expat who grew up drinking coffee more than tea, I was so thrilled to find this place! Best coffee I've found so far. Nice wee cafe too with lovely treats and sandwiches. A great spot!

We were looking all over for a bakery and came across Gallaghers Bakery. The owner is awesome and very personable and great staff as well. He had us try their famous Jock Bread which was very delicious! Also good sandwiches and salads. Lots of desserts Try this place.

We called in to rest from our shopping spree. It was a lovely environment. The place was spotless in every sense of the word. The service was both good and dedicated. Prices were reasonable. We had an afternoon tea and no complaints. Welcoming, relaxing and great value
